America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a great experience working with Risa at America's Best. She was incredibly professional, approachable, and kind throughout the entire process. Picking out glasses can be surprisingly overwhelming, but she made it easy by giving honest opinions about which frames actually looked good on me instead of just trying to sell something. Risa also guided me through everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. On top of that, she's a genuinely great listener -- she even humored a few of my personal stories along the way, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal.

Was a walk-in today.. Got an eye exam in less than 30 minutes. Risa took care of me today!! She was so sweet, friendly extremely helpful picking out my four pairs if glasses.. I was soooo pleased with her vast knowledge on what I should do with each pair. THANK YOU SO MUCH Risa!!!! I can't wait to come back in to see you next time!!!!

My girl Risa was fabulous. I told her my problem with my last pair of glasses (from another big name retailer). She knew exactly what I was talking about. She went out of her way and assured me my glasses would be perfect, and they are! Thanks Risa!!

I see some of the people who gave 1 star and cried foul ... we all make mistakes life isnt perfect ... maybe its you who expect thr planet to stop at your beckon call !! I had an issue was in contact with America's best gail reached out to me from her store on transit I believe ... im from toronto ... gail did went far and beyond to make sure I had my glasses as quickly as possible !!! It will be my 3rd visit with her as im pretty hard on my glasses and some adjustments um sure as I've gotten older ... the world doesn't bend knee to some of you and maybe be a little nicer up front the people who work there have alot more on their plate than you may imagine ... issues call fail I promise you she will rectify it ... I know im never going anywhere else but her store

Risa was INCREDIBLE from the moment we walked in! Not only was she friendly and kind, she was so knowledgeable about the prescription and took the time to hear our concerns from previous visits at another store. 10/10 cannot say enough positive things about this experience thanks to Risa.

It was horrible! I have been a customer at Americas Best for several years. I have never had negative results. This years visit and new glasses were a JOKE! My eye exam lasted not even 5 minutes with someone who seemed in a hurry even though there were no other appointments waiting! He said my eye test I paid extra for so he could better see behind my eyes was fine. Then proceeded to tell me to put my chin in the cup and did two flips of lens changes. Asked better or worse! Never looked in my eyes with light and said to me that slight change and go out and pick glasses. Boom... I was done! Seriously and this Guy holds a license! Then I never received a call they were in... I stopped in there today as it's been 2 weeks and the Kid that took care of me took them out of the drawer and told me to try on. He said they look straight and ask if loose on my face. I said no but he never checked ear length or asked me to read a card. I put them On and looked around and I told him distance was very blurry. He told me to take them home and put them on in the morning for a full day and my eyes will adjust! If not bring them back and they will adjust! Upon getting home a closer look at them I am not at all pleased with the lenses. They don't fit correctly in the frames. What a joke Americas Best has become! Do you hire just anyone off the street with no experience? I have never had a 5 minute eye exam! If ever ask to refer... there is no way! Unfortunately my Husband went a few months before I did. He had the same 5 minute... if that .. eye exam. His glasses are ok because he does his own adjustments! Which by the way the customer should not have too! But he had little confidence in the guy who handed him his glasses. I sure hope something changes there! I won't be back. My eyes are to important to me! I rate 0 out of 10 with my latest experience! Unfortunately I have to wait a year before my Insurance pays for another exam and two years for partial pay on new frames. Thanks for nothing to a loyal customer! Joyce

The chubby lady at the front desk either hates her job or hates the world. Both times I had to go to the office she made me uncomfortable. I will never return to this store. The dr I saw was fabulous and helpful. The exam was quick and painless. The assistant ruined my experience.
