This practice came highly recommended multiple times in our local Facebook group, so I decided to give them a try when I needed to quickly find a new eye doctor after changing insurance. From the first phone call, I was impressed--the front desk answered the phone by stating their name, which I find incredibly helpful and personal. Rose was especially wonderful and took the time to verify that my insurance was accepted and quickly to set up my appointment. My contact lens eye exam was very prompt and efficient....took about 30 mins. I did get a script for glasses to have just in case. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this practice!

I've been going to the Walden office for years. I've always had a great experience. The receptionist are the most helpful. From making appointments to helping with insurance information they're happy to help. It's a "family feeling" every time. The Docs and glass filters are great too.

Was very overdue for an eye exam. Receptionist couldn't have been nicer. I believe her name was Carol. She put me at ease, explained what the exam would be like and was very knowledgeable about the insurance policy.

Great first experience. I've don't usually get eye exams, but I wanted to go in since my job requires me to stare at a screen all day and I wanted to make sure I wasn't causing harm to my eyes. The doctor was amazing and super friendly. They had an awesome selection of glasses and sunglasses and I even walked around and tried on a few just for fun. I definitely will be going back and will encourage my family to head there as well!

They are great doctors, but I stopped coming here because the receptionist is rude and berating. It wasn't just a one-off occurrence. In the end my file was "lost" because of my name changing after I was married and I was hung up on.

I've been a patient here for over a year. I've never worn contacts before but wanted to start so got them from here. The doctor was efficient in explaining the different types of contacts I can buy. I was terrified putting them in my eyes the first time, but the Optician who helped me was the nicest and most patient man ever!! It probably took me 20 minutes to get each contact in & out at the appointment, I had no clue what I was doing, but he was encouraging and pleasant the whole time while teaching me the safe and right way to do it, while never once getting the least bit frustrated I was taking so long. I was impressed with his patience!

Have to have an appointment to buy sunglasses. Have to see the Dr. No, I want to buy a pair of non prescription sunglasses you sell. I walk in, if you have them and I like them, I buy them and walk out. Good grief. Way to turn business away. I tried explaining that to her. She wasn't having it. Listening skills would be a plus.
