They were friendly, attentive, listened to my needs, and took every measure necessary to make my in-store visit an awesome experience. I love their products too. I've never reviewed anything publicly before but the expert advice, taste and skill of Michael in the OP East Hampton shop has been so exceptional that I wanted to let others know. His team including the amazing and friendly James and Ana make me want to go no where else, after a lifetime of buying complex prescription glasses and sunglasses all over the globe, this is where I plan to come from now on for my frames and lenses.

Excellent experience. Michael was awesome . Very helpful , knowledgeable, and efficient. I was amazed at how effortless my purchase was. When my glasses came in they were perfect and fit to my face in an instant . My prescription includes progressive lenses and I had no problems with adjusting to them . My new glasses are so light weight I hardly know I'm wearing them. I highly recommend this place .

I've been coming to this eyeglass store for many years. My situation is a bit complicated and it would have been so easy for the team here to say "well, we did our best." The hero in the store is Michael Mustazza. He knows what he's talking about, and when he can't figure out something, he is remarkably persistent in going the extra mile. If this happened only once, like it did again today, it would be one thing. But every time I come - about once a year or so - it's with a different issue: with my eyes, my changing vision, my choice of frame (which is out of date), etc. Michael really cares about what he does for a living, and really shows that "his heart is 100% in this," - to my benefit. I don't care what the sign on the top of the store says. As long as Michael M. is holding down the fort, I won't go anywhere else. Stephen Grant, Sag Harbor NY.
