I can't say enough good things about this office. I've been coming here for years, and I've had bad eyesight since seventh grade (turning 40 this year). I've been to many different eye doctors over the years, and Dr. Adriana is truly exceptional. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and takes her time in a way that immediately makes you feel cared for and confident in the care you're receiving. I always leave knowing I got the best possible exam and that my eyesight genuinely matters to her. I've never once felt rushed or judged, only supported. Nancy is also an absolute gem. She always takes such great care of me when I arrive and when I'm leaving, and she's wonderful about helping me order exactly what I need. She's warm, kind, and makes every visit feel easy and pleasant. And Mark, the owner, is fantastic as well. You can really feel that this is a place that values people and quality care. I know online reviews don't always tell the full story, so I wanted to share my experience because this office deserves recognition. If you're looking for an optometry practice where the staff truly cares and you feel confident in the care you're receiving, I highly recommend Roeloffs' East Hampton Optical. Go for gold when it comes to caring for your eyesight.

I've been using Roeloffs for about a year now for prescription lenses & framed. The service has been excellent and the friendly, neighborly support is such a relief! As well, the Rx execution on my very complex prescription has been flawless. Very happy to recommend.

The exam was fine but got the serious bums rush when I said I wasn't going to buy my glasses from them. The women who checked me out didn't have one word for me and even tho the doctor who examined me told her that I should talk with the other doctor about which glasses (progressives or not) she handed me my receipt and ushered me out. First time and last time I will visit this money grubbing office.

They are so professional and so nice here. I moved over from another local eyeglass place that really didn't care at all about their customers. These people do, very much !

The owner and his wife are horrible people. I will never go there again after what I witnessed in how they treat their employees. I was shocked. Rude and demeaning people.

Foul customer service, will never go in here even though it is the most convenient to me. Shocking that people are this rude.
