Larkfield Optical

We love Larkfield optical. We followed our favorite eyeglass expert Sheri there. Sheri has been helping my entire family with our glasses for years. We loved Larkfield Optical when we went there. Sheri is the best, most knowledgeable salesperson ever and the rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The entire experience was wonderful. Its a great store, terrific selection and the staff makes the entire experience perfect.

If you need glasses you must go to Larkfield Optical. If you are near sighted, far sighted or you just want glasses but you dont need them to see! Take a trip and speak to the wonderful, professional and knowledgeable crew at Larkfield Optical. Sheri took the time to help me find the perfect pair! Or should I say pairs! I got new sunglass, 3 pairs of glasses for distance and I also brought in my own frames and had them update them with my new prescription!

I was referred to Larkfield Optical by a family member. When I arrived I was greeted by Sheri who was very welcoming and made the process very easy. Dr Turner put me at ease while conducting various tests on my eyes. Sheri helped me pick out the best frames and Vinny completed the appointment by doing some measurements. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this business to anyone shopping for eyeware.

I walked into Larkfield Optical this afternoon with no appointment since I recently lost my glasses. Sandra was the woman who waited on us when we walked in. She was so nice and helpful. Filled out a few forms and she checked my insurance plan. We were able to see the optometrist within 25 minutes. Got my prescription glasses after picking out a frame and had the lenses at the shop installed right away so I got my prescription glasses in under an hour!!. The cost of everything including the lenses, frame and eye exam was under $300. Never had such a great experience at any eyeglass shop in my lifetime. Definitely would recommend Larkfield Optical to anyone and everyone. I am definitely coming back when I need glasses again. Thank you for such excellent service!! Mike Lee

Coming to them for way too long to be treated the way they do. Very unprofessional. Sold me $600 glasses that break every time I try cleaning them. I've brought them back time after time for them to put a temporary fix for them to break once again. When I went back for the 5th time over the same incident, they do nothing to fix it. I told them the lenses don't properly fit in the frame and they said @that's because of your prescription. I bought two glasses at the same time and my other glasses (WITH THE SAME PRESCRIPTION) never have this problem. They pop the lense back in and say that they're "fixed". Then I deal with the same exact thing next clean. Sad place to do business with. Even more miserable of a staff. Money hungry and can't own up to their shortcomings. Do better guys.

I had always gone to an ophthalmologist after having a bad experience with an optometrist. After my doctor retired, I decided to give this place a try. What a great experience! They have accommodating hours, so I was able to go on my way home from work. The appointment was quick and thorough. The optometrist was able to correctly determine my prescription and I trusted her analysis. She was also able to recommend a different brand of contact lenses that work much better with my eyes. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly. I bought a new pair of glasses and they must have brought out 60 different pairs for me to try on, no exaggeration. They were determined to make sure I found a pair I loved. I found a few! All in all, I'm very pleased I tried this place and will be using them in the future.

Staff was friendly however the price of glasses was outrageous. I was quoted over $800 for Two pairs of glasses keep in mine I was not getting frames just glasses. I could only imagine how much it would be if I were to purchase frames from them. I told them that's unacceptable so it dropped to 750. We got the price down into the 600's. I felt like I was at a car dealership buying a used car. Never again. It's going to be Costco for my next set as many others do. I try to do business locally but give me a break!
