I've been going to Dr. Brooks for over 4 years. Great experience every visit! The doctor has excellent bedside manner--patient and attentive--and explains everything clearly and thoroughly. She uses the latest equipment and makes appointments pleasant and easy. The staff is professional, kind, and helpful. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming, with a very nice selection of frames. Highly recommend. & p.s. Love my frames!

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Tracy Brooks at Lux Eye Care Studio. The office has a modern, upscale feel but everyone is incredibly kind and approachable. My son is usually very anxious around doctors, and Dr. Brooks was so patient and reassuring that he actually relaxed during the visit -- which is no small feat! They also carry a great variety of stylish frames, and the pricing was very reasonable, even without insurance. So grateful we found this practice.

I received a very thorough eye exam by Dr Brooks. They have a beautiful selection of eyeglass frames to chose from. Tammy was wonderful! She helped me find the perfect frame for me and I left very happy.

Really disappointing experience. The doctor was extremely pushy. I wish she would understand everyone's vision needs and comfort levels are different, but instead of listening, she insisted on her way and made me feel like my input didn't matter. To be honest, she was also extremely dismissive of every single concern I brought up and didn't take the time to explain anything thoroughly. The whole appointment felt rushed and unprofessional.
And also the office was covered in pro-Israel materials. I believe everyone should support what they want, that's your right. But this is a doctor's office. Overall, I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and frustrated. I won't be going back.
