My 80 yr old mother had an appointment here at 2pm on a Friday. We sat in the waiting room until 310 untill she was called back to be seen. Then 7 minutes later she came back out to the waiting room and we sat until 420. At 435 they called her again to come in the back room to be seen again. We did not leave until shortly after 5pm!! 3hr eye appointment! That is crazy. While we were sitting there you could tell the other people were getting upset with this. Inexcusable!! Making your clients wait that long. Shame on you!

The experience I've had has left me in awe! I've never had such a great experience from beginning to end. Dr. Weinstein and the absolutely wonderful Casey have left me more grateful than I can explain. Front desk at Dewitt Office is amazing, front desk at Brittonfield could use more welcoming, gentle words and kind smiles but other than that this is a win all the way around. My vision has improved by leaps and bounds in less than 24 hours. I've been given the gift of vision in my left aye and I'm amazed! They've taken such good care of me and I owe them a great deal!

I can not recommend Dr. Weinstein enough. He and Casey, his surgical coordinator were amazing to work with. I had LASIK surgery yesterday, and after a few hours, I felt absolutely fine, didn't even feel like I had anything done, besides being able to see without glasses. Thank you both for everything!!

Overall incredible experience from beginning to end. Casey was helpful and extremely knowledgeable - she answered my 1,000 questions I had. Dr. Weinstein was perfectly kind and informative and always made me feel like I was making the right decision to get Lasik. Everyone in the offices, at all locations, were friendly and exceeded all my expectations. This is just an amazing place full of amazing people. Grateful for them.

This was my first visit at CNY Eye Care. The intake info was easy to complete on their portal using the set up I received from their office about 1 month ahead. When I arrived there was a minor glitch but the team took control of that situation and made things right for me. I can't be more appreciative as I had taken a whole afternoon off of work to get this appointment 3 months in advance.
The eye exam was very thorough and the contact lens fitting is spot on.
I feel well cared for from the team at CNY Eye Care.
Be sure when you call for an appointment you are specific if you need to be fitted for contact lenses.
Glad to have a new home for my eye care.

I was seen at this practice a few months ago total lack of compassion. I have dry eyes for a few years no OTC drops have worked and they burn and are reddened everyday. I was also told I have macular degeneration. I was instructed by Dr Wang to put warm compresses with no further treatment plan or prescription eye drops were not offered and see you in year. I certainly won't be going back.

I was pleased with my experience especially being a new patient. The staff was warm and friendly and they appeared to enjoy their working environment. Dr. Wang was very efficient and informative throughout my exam. I wasn't scheduled to be dilated today but when I asked if I could be, she did not hesitate to say yes. I will be returning as a regular patient.
