Dr. Marshall is the best! Very smart, kind and highly skilled. I actually look forward to seeing him because he has such a warm and engaging personality. He takes a real interest in his patients and in my case, he tried multiple contact lenses until we found a really good fit for my tough astigmatism. Yes, Tina can be very abrupt but they have a very nice receptionist now who is great. I hope she stays and I hope Dr. Marshall never retires!

The best optometrist I have ever been to. Extremely helpful, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care. As a person who works in healthcare I could not recommend them enough. The sense of humor is a bonus!

I called this place to set-up a new eye doctor because my insurance provider gave me their number. I feel like this place doesn't have employees that want to do their job. When I explained to Tina that I'd like to make an appointment, she was SO unprofessional on the phone about setting up an appointment. It seemed as though she did not want to set-up an appointment, because she told me to call back my insurance and make sure they gave me their number and that she wouldn't take my return call ten minutes later after I called to get the same information I already received? The health insurance provider assured me over the phone that I wouldn't have problems setting up an appointment with this office. Tina was extremely unhelpful to me, talking over me, and when I told her I was willing to pay out of pocket to just set-up an appointment... she refused, and passively told me that an eye exam out-of-pocket would be around $180 (as if I couldn't afford it). Then she hung up on me. I'm sure these people aren't getting paid much and that's why their attitude is so terrible. I will never go here and will tell everyone about my experience with this office manager. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally when I am just calling and asking for help.

The place definitely changed. Not friendly and professional as it used to be. Got my glasses made twice and still not a good fit. Called to get an opinion on what to do next and Dr. Marshall told me to go some place else. What a great advice!

After being at a well known and well advertised chain optometrist and having them botch my whole experience, I was referred to Kavanagh & Mashall. Dr Marshall and his staff nailed it, my prescription is perfect and my glasses fit great!! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Very unprofessional, rude staff women at desk on their cell phones while customers wait. Was promised glasses in two weeks, took over a month....found out they never ordered them. When I finally picked up glasses, they basically dropped them on counter in he case and walked away, they never offered to fit them for me. I wouldn't let them put glasses on a pig( or an ex wife). Hopefully they close soon horrible place.

Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. I am 52 years old, I have the best prescription of my life! Dr. Marshall is one of the best in his field.

Great office! Dr. Neal and Tina are the best. They are great to deal with and always help me with my issues. I would not trust anyone else with my eyes!
