Excellent lab. Hands down the best we have ever dealt with. We are a private eye care office and utilize their services for our specialty jobs as well as bifocal, progressives and uncut lenses. They can do it all!! They have great customer service and an unbelievable and amazing turnaround time. Very fast but also very accurate and precise. Always professional and easy to work with. I can't recommend this lab enough.

After scouring the internet and ultimately having to order the ONLY remaining pair in the manufacturer's system, I was able to replace my old frames. I was glad to hear that my ophthalmologist's office was sending them to a local lab so that I would receive them more quickly. A few days later, I received news from my doctor's office that they lost the glasses, but had signed for the package, so we know it was delivered. I tried to call the lab myself to explain that it was not possible to replace these frames, the receptionist yelled at me that they were not allowed to give patients information, I stated "I would just like to share information with you, not ask you far answers" I was put on hold (without so far as a warning of "please hold" - just blaring hold music) and finally talked to a gentleman who said they were looking. They never found the frames and I didn't receive so much as an apology. Really disappointed not only with the outcome but with they way it was handled.

Bad customer service, especially since the Lux turnover. They do not do what they say. Everyone is rude when you call. I've worked with MANY different optical labs, and this is the worst one.

The best lab period!!
