VistaSite Eye Care

I came in and got my eye exam via EyeMed. The service and doctor was okay. I get 150$ worth of contacts for free via my insurance. The location said you have to get a "years worth supplies (4 90 day boxes) to get the allowance." I called EyeMed and they said you DID NOT need to do that. They are trying to scam people into buying more boxes by stating that so they buy more boxes. Completely dishonest associate at EyeMed. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

I was passing the office and was glad I decided to go in. I had a great appointment with the doctor. He addressed all my concerns through a thorough eye exam. There was no wait time and the exam did not feel rushed. He genuinely cared and was friendly. He properly explained what was going on with my eyes. The office staff was welcoming and helpful too; Liz helped me choose glasses and order contact lenses. Looking forward to seeing them again!

I damaged my cornea on 5/18/23 while removing my lashes. They were gracious enough to take me the same day for an emergency appointment and I'm beyond grateful. Over the next few days leading up to today, they handled me with such care all of the doctors and front desk staff were Amazing! They truly care about their patients and want to provide the best care. To be honest, I was genuinely scared as I have never damaged my cornea and the staff made me feel so safe and actively listened to my concerns. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to all of the staff and doctors that served me, you have a customer for life. When you are ready to experience the best customer service, be sure to contact them and they will take care of you like family. Love you guys!!!! FYI, I raved so much about the service that my mother scheduled her appointment with them as well.

Pretty good service, the Eye Doctor was great, knowledgeable, comfortable to speak with and communicative. The ladies at the front were also very knowledgeable, I just retrieved my new glasses about a week ago from them. I love this pair, I will definitely go back for a future pair and perhaps contacts.

I went to this eye doctor with my sister. It was her appointment but I had some issues of myself and wanted to just see if I could get a quick check up . Unfortunately they didn't take my insurance but they found other ways for my needs to be met in the most efficient and professional way. I'm fully blind and I told them about my situation, the pain the itchyness and also me being uncomfortable most of the time and the lady at the front desk did her best to help me without any cost. I got an eye exams and some eye drops free of cost. I'm extremely grateful and I recommend going there. If you guys ever see this thank you for your help.

These girls are the BEST!!!! DR Is amazing she is caring and really explains everything to you from the moment you step in the exam room u til you leave.. The two beautiful young ladies in the front are pleasant and they cater to all your needs . I am very happy with my glasses I can see again

I can't believe someone would give this eye doctor 1 star , this place is above and beyond very professional new eye technology i ever seen in my life the best I came in with my skateboard and love it the assistants were very professional. There was not a spec of dirt if I give give t hi d place 100 stars I would . It was quick also no long wait time. Forget about all those people who left negative ratings they the one with issues. Again amazing eye doctor

Went in for a first time visit and everyone was super friendly and professional! I was in and out no wait time, the doctor was really nice and provided great care. Will definitely only use this place whenever I have an eye problem again!
