Dr Romero was patient and very thorough. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions & so did Dr Romero. He didn't rush and also educated me about my diagnosis. Just Be prepared to wait around 3 hrs.(this includes multiple tests and the dr explaining the results). I will be seeing him again.

Wonderful experience. Friendly staff, very clean. The doctor was very concerned with my issue and immediately ordered more tests before sending me home... I liked that... I will definitely recommend it.

I am very pleased with the care I get from Dr Romero. He is competent and efficient but yet attentive to a patient's need. I have to compliment the whole staff on their improved handling of wait time. The wait time is much less than it used to be which was my only complaint.

Erica, one of the staff members, made the intake process seamless with her patience and clear instructions. The retina assessments were conducted smoothly by a knowledgeable and understanding professional, which was reassuring for us as first-time visitors. Meeting with Dr. Juan Romero was the highlight of our visit. Not only was he kind and approachable, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain my mother's condition and treatment options, putting her at ease. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout, and we left feeling confident in our decision to schedule surgery and follow-up appointments with him. I appreciated Dr. Romero's proactive approach in providing informative pamphlets and valuable suggestions about the procedure. It's rare to find a doctor who inspires such trust and confidence within minutes of meeting them. I would advise others to jot down any questions or concerns beforehand, as Dr. Romero is excellent at addressing them. Overall, I can't recommend this office and Dr. Juan Romero enough. Their commitment to patient care and satisfaction is truly commendable. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience a positive one.

The front desk staff was polite. Staff was caring and knowledgeable. Especially the young lady in the room with Dr Paccionne, She helped me deal with a bout of panic attack. Wait time was a little long. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, he explained my situation simply so that I can understand. I left the office feeling hopeful.
