Eye Contact by Kathy

Eye Contact is where I go for my glasses. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. The little dog there, Walter, is a cute companion while you wait. I highly recommend this place if you want a great experience

So very, very pleased with the care and expertise I experienced at Eye Contact by Kathy!! From the special care taken to get my lens prescription just right, to the fitting of frames for sunglasses, to the selection of frames (wow), Eye Contact by Kathy and the wonderful crew really made me feel confident that I was getting the best care possible. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else!!

Can't recommend this location enough! They're absolutely fantastic for adults and I was surprised they were even great with my kids (10&6). We love the personalized and thoughtful service we have with Kathy. Her entire staff is absolutely amazing. We're so happy we found them!

I have been wearing contacts for 50+ years. I now have dry eyes and with the help of meds and other suggestions from other eye professionals, I was able to wear daily wear contacts, usually; but they would become blurry when my dry eyes were acting up and I could not wear my contacts for 24 hours when the blurriness developed from the dry eye condition. I hate wearing my glasses and don't see as well as I do with my contacts. Kathy tested my eyes and ordered my contacts (with an enhanced visual clarity) from a different manufacturer than I had been ordering from. I can now see without using my reading glasses over my contacts a majority of the time, and that is huge! Additionally, I very rarely have a dry eye incident where I cannot where my contacts due to this new manufacturer Kathy suggested. I highly recommend obtaining contacts from Kathy; she knows what she is doing. Thank you Kathy.

The absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable and always up to date on current products and fashions. But most importantly, they care. I have an extremely high prescription. All the other local places I tried did not have many options or did not have the knowledge and understanding to put me in a pair of glasses that, not only worked, but didn't embarrass me. Kathy took the time to make sure I had a pair of glasses and contacts that worked best for me as an individual. If you have a tough prescription or simply want better options, Kathy is the best.

Been meaning to write this review for a while now. I've been going here for 30 years or so and the customer service is EXCELLENT - the BEST of any business I've EVER dealt with!!! Years ago when I first got contacts, I had MANY issues and eventually was told it was a problem with my eyes. A friend referred me to Kathy. She checked my eyes, gave me 3 different pairs of contacts to try, and then set me up with the ones that worked best. The rest is history. I've been wearing contacts problem-free since I first did business with her. I've referred multiple friends to her that were having problems with their contacts and they had the same results - no more problems after working with Kathy. In an age when so many businesses exhibit very poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and poor quality products, she is a HUGE breath of fresh air!!! She is a true professional: EXTREMELY competent in what she does, EXTREMELY friendly and easy to work with, and EXTREMELY accommodating!!! We're blessed to have this business in our area!!!

Today was the second time I went to Eye Contact by Kathy for an eye exam and to order new glasses. (Actually I waited a little too long between visits.) I wouldn't consider going any place else. I felt welcome and well cared for. Everyone there is thoughtful,, professional, and thorough..Plus, I found some really cool frames. Can't wait to pick them up. Thanks Kathy and crew.

I have been going to Eye Contact by Kathy for over 20 years. I love all the women who work here and the excellent care I get every time. My daughter's glasses broke and a free replacement was shipped within four days. I feel like I'm with family when I come in and I know how much they care about their customers. Never going anywhere else.
