Wish I chose a place that actually cared for my well-being and eyes. My experience was: I went in to get more contacts and Moran had no chill about it. She insisted glasses however my glasses now are beyond repair and seeing (no pun intended) that contacts are off the table, my only option is to walk blind. Thanks Moran, maybe try a different business practice. You lost my business that we have been going to for numerous years.

Took time off from work for an appointment that had already been rescheduled once, arrived to find the office closed. Called the Binghamton office and was told I was sent a letter for notification. Not returning.

I bought Clearvision glasses frames here about a year ago. The bridge completely broke after 6 months. The warranty covered a new frame. About 6 months later the new frames completely fell off my face, breaking in two at the bridge. They were only 6 months old again but the warranty can only be used once. I've been wearing glasses for 60 years and I've never seen anything like this. I will never buy Clearvision frames again.

The only pleasant part about my appointment was the receptionist. a separate $100 fee for my contacts prescription but they don't have my trial lenses in stock - go figure. Walmart vision center is better than this place. I won't be back

I have never paid this much for a simple eye exam in my life!! $400, thankfully my 2 insurances covered half of it. The doctor was upset she had to work for Guthrie since the practice was bought by them. Very poor bedside manner! I will not go back and I really used to like Guthries Eye Care!!
