Dr. Bryan Prouse

Dr. Bryan Prouse Is one of the rudest , impatient , cold personality person EVER! Disgusting manner, i went with my 90 year old grandmother who is not so fluent in english so thank goodness i was there because as he was guiding her where to look and changing lenses to see which one looks better she was having trouble understanding so as i was trying to tans-late he's talking to my grandmother in a high tone voice i told Dr. Bryan Prouse that shes not deaf and i'm trying to explain to her in spanish so he has to be patient , he just squints and smiles. Then again as she couldn't follow the light without moving her head he tells her "DONT MOVE YOUR HEAD" i told him "you need to have patience shes 90 years old and let me explain " and he just sat there! Overall terrible experience only reason why we stood was bc my grandmothers been a patient there for many many years but when Dr Faye use to work there. But one thing we can say is that we LOVED the ladies at the front desk Kayla , Heather and a dark skin tone lady there (sorry i didn't catch her name) but they were AMAZING & apologized for the lack of service provided , so Kayla was attending us and soon after Dr. Bryan Prouse runs out the door that i saw smoke coming from his feet So basically he was rushing to leave smh . I advise those who have any elderly family members who attend this location please dont let them go alone bc Dr. Bryan Prouse will make them feel uneasy and uncomfortable.
