Dr. Allison is an exceptional eye doctor -- professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures you feel comfortable and cared for throughout your visit. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for her patients' eye health truly set her apart. Highly recommend!

There is always an extensive wait at this practice. Appointments are triple booked. Appointments are made as early as 8am but the doctor does not arrive until well after 9. My mother has been seeing Dr. Allison for some years. Her bedside manner is non existent. I find her to be rude and impatient. Her tone is condescending and she has no respect for your time. There is no reason that for a routine scheduled visit you should be in this office for over 2 1/2 hours. I will say that Ramona (front desk/biller/med asst) tries to be helpful and accommodating. She should find an office that appreciates her hard work. As for Dr. Allison, I would never recommend. If you can run from this practice and find a doctor who will respect and care for you.

Very friendly staff, comfortable environment. Dr. Allison is very thorough & patient. She takes her time to fully go through everything with you, so you'll understand where things are at with your eye health. She is honest & tells you exactly how things are.

I have been seeing Dr Allison for 10 years now and visiting the office is like visiting an extended family. I have entrusted the care of my eyes to Dr. Allison. In fact, she attends to my entire family and others whom I have recommended. The new office is spacious and accommodating and staff is thorough. There is even parking adjacent to the building, and a few paces to the front door.

I have been going to Dr. Allison for many years. She is very professional and very knowledgeable and miss Ramona who is apart of her staff for many years is so wonderful. I highly recommend this Doctor.

I came to see this eye doctor because my primary Doctor suggested for me to see her he said she was one of the best. I waited patiently to be seen by the doctor. I believe I got skipped a few times. The doctor was extremely rude I was doing an examination and she shoved my head into the machine and yelled stay still. It was the worst experience ever I suggest you find another ophthalmologist and avoid this one. Do not bring your kids here either she is very rough with kids and has no patience. Has a very nasty attitude. She talks about her staff with patients which is very unprofessional. If I can rate her no stars I would

Dr. Allison lacks compassion and is condescending. She does not recognize the importance of meeting her patients needs in a timely manner and dismisses their concerns. Do yourself a favor and find a different ophthalmologist.

I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else. She is genuinely concerned about the well-being of her patients and is diligent and conscientious when prescribing prescriptions. I highly recommend her, especially if you are caring for a senior.
