Excellent staff and very very knowledgeable and courteous and helpful and caring doctors. I have recommended to my entire family and friends and will do it again and again. Their accountability and integrity with expertises is unmatched. And kuddos to the each and every office assistants and doctors assistants.

My mother visited this office with an eye emergency and had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Wietschner. Despite trying to explain her symptoms and what she was experiencing, he quickly dismissed her concerns and diagnosed her with pink eye, prescribing antibiotics drops for what he said was a viral infection. When her symptoms persisted, she returned three weeks later, hoping to be heard and properly examined. Instead, she was met with the same dismissive attitude. Dr. Wietschner went so far as to suggest she might be infecting her own eye, once again refusing to take her concerns seriously. His demeanor came off as arrogant, rude, and uninterested in truly listening to his patient. Doctors should approach patients with empathy and an open mind, especially when the issue is ongoing. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I believe the OCLI network likely has other doctors who are more professional and respectful in their interactions. I sincerely hope Dr. Wietschner takes this feedback to heart and reflects on how he engages with his patients. Listening is a crucial part of care.

The worst place my wife had eye surgery tomorrow and they last minute told us the doctor doesn't take her insurance. Incompetence to next level and very rude staff and extremely long waiting time in office

came in a week ago and everyone is nice except for dr. wietschner. he is rude and does not try to listen to the patient. he has too much ego and when a patient tries explaining their problem to him he is in no mood to listen and gets angry.

It was my first time at this office. My parents recommended and I have to say they did not disappoint. They staff members were jovial and friendly. They spoke to me with such respect. The young lady who did my triage was so helpful. I felt like a kid trying to explain my problem and she understood. Then when the doctors came in, I was welcomed with the same pleasant demeanor. Thanks team. Keep up the awesome work you are doing. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

Dr was great but most staff needs training - unfriendly, just moves you from room to room like cattle with no explanation of what testing is being done unless you ask. Not polite or courteous. I'll go back if the staff is more courteous

All the nice reviews l've been seeing are old so l would just like to say l've never met a ruder or snappier health care staff. There was no negative behavior towards me personally, but I saw how the staff didn't work well with people who needed more explanation for things, for children who were watching something on a phone, to patients who made a simple mistake. Most of the staff's tone of voice was very clipped no time for any nicities at all. If you simply say hi the automatic response is "wait a second". Also it takes months for an appointment and I've seen many people get turned away from their appointments and told to reschedule. While it takes months to get one, you're also waiting at least 40 minutes to an hour before you get seen.
