Bill was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He repaired my glasses perfectly and gave me the attentive care I needed. I made an appointment online and they refused to keep it because apparently the online system doesn't talk to the store but there is nothing on the website or the follow up email that says to call to confirm the appointment. It's a poor business model that can't keep appointments straight. I suggest you go across the street to Lena crafters or literally any other place.

I should've written this review a while ago, but at the beginning of summer, I brought my glasses in for repair, and the person who did the repair did a great job. The women at the counter were very polite and helpful during both the drop-off and pickup of the glasses.

I made a Dr appointment online to see the doctor at 11am. I go there and said the doctor doesn't come in till 1130. Then why was I able to make an appt online if the doctor doesn't come in at that time? They said it was the online system. What a terrible excuse.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Cohen's Fashion Optical. After being given an incorrect contact lens prescription, I returned to address the issue, only to be told that it was "just a slight difference." A slight difference might be minor on paper, but when it comes to vision, it makes a significant impact on daily comfort and clarity. I expect accuracy and professionalism from an eye care provider, and dismissing a clear error is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're okay with compromised vision and poor customer service.

I recently visited Cohen's Fashion Optical to get my sunglasses repaired, and my experience was overall positive. The staff was friendly and professional and he quickly assessed the issue with my glasses and gave tips on taking care of them. I also purchased a new sun glasses friendly staff.

I went in to to Cohen to primarily have a DMV required vision test done and have the results submitted, to the DMV, but decided to also have a basic eye exam done as well. I was initially a bit apprehensive being that the quality of customer service rendered these days just seems to pale in comparison to what I used to experience so long ago. It's as though the majority of the employees one encounters these days merely go through the motions as though following a well crafted script issued by their company's corporate "enforcer" when it comes to assisting a client. But, this was not the case with the person who assisted me who went by the name of Nicholas. I was immediaitely put at ease shortly upon engaging with him. Nicholas was very down to earth and very informative as he answered any questions I presented to him, all while having our own casual conversations about various topics. I was so enamored of his outgoing personality that I actually purchased a pair of eyeglasses never initially intending to do so! Nicholas worked with me to find an affordable, and very much needed, pair of eyeglasses including features that would have made this purchase financially prohibitive had he not made me an offer that I could not refuse. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Cohen Optical, thanks to Nicholas as well as his two female associates. I would recommend Cohen to anybody looking to be assisted by an Optical professional. Like I stated after my exam and upon leaving the office, "You just made my day!" I will be back in a few days to pick up my new glasses. Until then, keep up the good work!
