The sales associate Talia couldn't have been more helpful! She was a delight to work with, and made sure to put me in the proper frames that were best suitable for my face. Not only was she exceptionally friendly, she was also extremely honest and didn't try to only sell me the most expensive product, but put me in the proper frames/lenses for my specific needs. I highly recommend coming to see her and her staff

Great place for eye exams and checkups. Doctor was very good. Talia helped me pick out a good frame and was very helpful. However, the optician, Wyall?, responsible for fitting/adjusting glasses was very poor in both attitude and ability. The Manager Kelly, fixed and adjusted them for me instead. If you are an asian or with a low bridge nose/high cheekbones, and you need help fitting the glasses, i advise you to skip the optician and directly ask if Kelly is in. She actually puts in effort and checks your face while fitting the glasses, instead of making excuses why he cant help you or do his job. Try to aim between 11 AM and 5 PM for best chance for Kelly to be available.
P.S. They are very efficient, and i could pick up my new prescription glasses within 2 Days.

I recently had my eyes examined and needed to change my glasses. Even though they had an excellent selection and prices, I chose to use my own frames as they were a gift from my wife. Moving along as not to bore.. I chose scratch resistant, polarized.. not a bad price at all .. thanks Talia, Dr Sima, Ally, Kelly, Maysun and Wael.. to make a long story short .. the glass lens after a week (I can be rough on my glasses)were scratched-No.. can't be scratch resistant. Returned, spoke to Talia and Kelly (OM).. problem solved.. lens are being fixed. Now that is service .. thanks Talia and Kelly!!

She recommended great options and I left super happy with 3 new pairs of glasses. I walked in because i broke my glasses and needed a new frame. They took me right away. Between Kelly and Diana they searched almost every frame in the store to find on to fit my lens. Wonderful place! Truly enjoyed my experience at this location. Everyone from the front desk staff to the back of house was great. I was able to be seen same day. I called in the morning and the nice receptionist said I can come in by the afternoon. The doctor was really nice also she took her time while seeing me and didn't make me feel rushed. She was very thorough and kind. My favorite were the ladies behind the glasses counter; Crystal and Kelly. They were very understanding and open. They explained to me what my insurance would cover and what it wouldn't. What I would have to pay out of pocket for and what was just partially covered by the insurance. They seemed very busy too and yet I still didn't feel forgotten. They hyped me up when I was trying on a bunch of glasses and made me feel confident about the choice they helped me make. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend. I'm already planning on going back with my husband for his eye exam and to get him new glasses.
