Eye Q Optical

I've been coming here for a few years now, and it's always a great experience. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful--they truly make you feel like family. It's a quaint neighborhood eye store with a comfortable atmosphere, and they always take the time to explain everything in detail. I consistently leave happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Tina is very nice and knowledgeable with 25 years over in experience- and there was another male working with her together very just let's check for your distance on your eyes and done. Both are professional and cordial. The store is nice and personal and, comfortable- everyone is welcoming, something rarely seen in other places. The selection was available because I like a certain frame for my eyes because I'm older and require special lenses. Tina was so there for me because she's just the expert. I don't let people lead me but I was listening and following alone, she's very impressive and smart, and the guy is ready to help too that works with her. He's always multitasking and stops to answer questions- a rarity these days. They worked for my insurance personally as well considering I was looking for a certain frame and saw many places that could not accommodate me. I went in and it was ok to the universe thank you for your guidance because I was on my way to my last option and decided to stop by them and Q was my resolve, nice staff, good professional customer service and a good product for my vision. I have been going to Eye Q for more years than I would like to admit...they have always been incredibly kind, respectful and reasonable about everything..I am always in good hands. I'm going to miss Derrick! Trust is a very valuable thing these days-you don't have to worry about it..

Thankful that I got an appointment in good time, even if it was right around thanksgiving. I thought I would have to wait until after, but they were able to squeeze me in. Dr. Kwik was awesome, and answered all of my questions. There is a good selection of glasses; Thankful that I wasn't being upsold on frames, cuz I know I already have to spend a lot on lenses.

Took an eye exam and purchased glasses on the same day. I was offered various discount options for glasses outside of my budget and the exam was comprehensive and efficiently paced. Dr. Gut and Tina were especially helpful today, would highly recommend!

Eye Exam guy is also a doctor. Best eye exam I've ever had. Also been going to Eye Q Optical my whole life. The new owners remodeled the store, and it looks fantastic. Customer service is what kept me going there forever.

Great place, have been coming for years. Glasses are always a great fit. Also got my first contacts here and they have worked really well. All the staff is pleasant and very helpful.

For close to 30years Eye-Q Optical has been taking care of all my vision needs. Robert and the whole staff have always been kind and knowledgeable answering all questions to my satisfaction. Their prices are fair and they have always accepted the different insurance plans I've had over the years.
