Dr. Rothstein and his staff are very thorough and professional. We appreciate the amount of dedication and care towards diagnosing/determining causes of issues. We were able to get an appointment quickly as a new patient. One of the front staff was sweet enough to help schedule imaging quickly for us. If you happen to see a lot of people waiting, do not be deterred. They move people quickly between the various testing rooms.

We had an excellent experience with this neuro-ophthalmologist. From the initial appointment through follow-up, the care was thorough, thoughtful, and patient-centered. Dr. Rothstein took the time to listen carefully, explained complex information in a clear and reassuring way, and made sure all of our questions were answered. We felt respected, supported, and confident in the care plan. The office staff was also professional and efficient. We highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking expert neuro-ophthalmologic care.

I have been seeing Dr. Rothstein, a remarkable Neuro-Ophthalmologist, for the past few months, and I cannot express enough gratitude for his exceptional care and dedication. The facility is clean and welcoming. Staff members were friendly and courteous, but waiting for a doctor for 3 hours and 40 minutes was too much. 1 to 2 hours is no problem and is reasonably understandable. There were other customers complaining on the wait time, others were huffing and puffing losing patience. They likely overbooked. They should of called and canceled to rebook for another day. I do not recommend it.

Dr. Rothstein and Dr. Staiman are phenomenal. You may have to wait a bit but it's well worth it. The eye examination is very thorough and everything is explained to you. The entire staff is kind and professional. I'm very pleased with the service that I receive in this office. I would highly recommend EYENAMICS NY. Thank you Dr. Rothstein and Dr. Staiman for taking such great care of my eyes.

i wish i could give zero stars.. I'm in the exam room with the technician and he pops in to abuse and berate the poor girl right in front of me! I tell him to stop being rude to his employee and he stares at me with his mouth open like nobody's ever told him before! Also, the other provider keeps coming into the room and asking questions without introducing herself. How do I know who this is? I'm not scheduled under her care so why is she here?? Privacy violation waiting to happen. It's a doctors office not a fast food chain, there's no reason they should be working faster than thoroughly. And if this is how he speaks to his techs, how will his care for patients be?? I didn't even get the exam I left. BTW: MOLD IN THE CEILING TILES OF THE EXAM ROOM.

Dr. Rothstein is an outstanding ophthalmologist and surgeon. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled, professional, friendly, caring, and supportive. I have been under Dr. Rothstein's care for several years due to glaucoma and bilateral cataracts. He performed Femtosecond laser assisted cataract extraction with an insertion of an Odyssey lens and MIGS in my right eye 1/25 & left eye 1/26. The surgeries were very successful and changed my life. My vision has improved immeasurably! I do not need glasses for distance and only require mild reading glasses. In addition, my ocular eye pressures have reduced significantly secondary to insertion of micro stents (MIGS). You are in good hands with Dr. Rothstein! His office, Eyenamics NY, is a welcoming and friendly office due to his wonderful team and support staff. :)

I was impressed with the expertise, professionalism and dedication of Dr. Robert Rothstein and Dr. Kim Stamen in all my checkups. We always have conversations that allay my anxiety and concerns by putting me at ease. Dr. Rothstein has a way to treat me not only as a patient but an important person at the moment.
