Had a wonderful experience with this office! My husband had a worrisome issue with his eye. I called the office before 7:00 a.m. and got an immediate response. Dr. Feistmann saw us right away. He was compassionate, thorough and professional. Excellent service.

Dr. Julia Schuman performed a vitrectomy in January 2023 due to a small tear in my right Retna.
The surgery was a success and now it is May 2025 and everything is well with my site.
Dr. Shulman is kind, caring and a very skilled surgeon. I have and will continue to recommend her to others that are having problems with their site as I had.
The staff at NYC retina Queens are also very nice and professional. You usually only have a 15 minute wait before you are seen.

Great experience. I called office for emergency visit. Without hesitation they said, come in right away. The office was very crowded, but moved so efficiently almost shocking for having no appointment I was taken every fast as well as other patients, they were that organized. . The staff was amazing, helpful so polite just great explained everything. I was taking in for all tests by very good techs, also polite and explained everything about the test
After that i went back to waiting area and than I was called in by doctor to go over my tests. Thank goodness was not a torn retina. He gave me signs of what to look for and made followup appointment for 6 weeks. I can not recommend this office more highly. 5 plus stars

Dr. Feistmann is great! From my first visit with him, I knew I was in good hands. Being a great doctor is one thing but you must also have the ability to communicate with your patients. That is definitely something he's done greatly. He was attentive with my concerns and explained in simple terms what was going on with my eyes. As for his receptionist/billing department, he needs a new one.

Never had a more thorough exam. Joel, the Technician ,was excellent and thorough in taking many scans, explaining in great detail what he was about to do. Victoria was also reassuring, and explained the process and answered my questions. Dr. Feistman has an excellent demeanor, explaining his diagnosis, and next course of action, not once did I feel rushed. I came up from Florida to see Dr Feistman, and I highly recommend him. I don't think you will find anyplace better.
