I've been going here for about three years now. It's always been a smooth, pleasant experience. Every provider I've seen has been professional & thorough. They make you feel welcomed and not guilty for trying on a bunch of frames! People are always asking where I get my glasses from. They have an awesome collection of unique frames and the turn around time for the glasses was quick. Overall a great place, definitely recommend checking them out!

Wait time is variable...
My last check up lasted for two hours due to some disorganization. And I had to listen to the glasses fitter talk about her politics and small business the whole time. This happened at my previous visit as well. The undertones of her comments are very unsettling to me. I find the overly casual attitude to be a bit draining but everyone is good at their jobs and seems happy so that's refreshing. The receptionist is usually very present and engaged. But I don't want to catch her on bad day.
I wish that clients could try on glasses but everything is locked away. I have mixed feelings about this place. But if you agree with or don't mind the eyeglass fitter's comments and politics then you'll probably find this place above average.

This was my 2nd time going here for an annual vision test and It was great yet again. The assistant and the doctor were amazing. My doctor explained everything in great thorough detail so you can understand what's going on with your eyes. Any questions I had were answered. The front desk staff made my day. I wish I got their names but they were absolutely wonderful. They helped me pick out my first pair of glasses and they're just all around very fun and made you feel super comfortable. (But if these glasses don't get me enough compliments, I'm changing my rating guys... hahaha j/p ) Every interaction was great and I will continue to go here. I highly recommend this place for your vision needs. It was an overall great experience! Thanks again guys!

Carolina is such a joy to work with finding the right frames. She helped me try on 50+ pairs to find the perfect fit. Super patient in answering all my questions and being transparent with the different tiers offered for each feature of the glasses I was looking to buy. This store's stock of unique brands also made it a delight to shop from (Theo! Anne et Valentin!). Would definitely recommend this store to someone looking to purchase comfortable, unique frames.

This place is wonderful. From Carolina, who took her time to answer all my questions over the phone before my visit, to Orin the technician who made me feel very comfortable during all the tests and then to top it all off, Dr. Jones! She has an incredible bedside manner and something that we can only hope for from others in the medical profession. It shouldn't be that hard to be courteous and to make patients feel seen and cared for, but nine times out of ten when we go to a doctor we leave feeling like we didn't get to ask all the questions or wonder if they even cared. Dr. Jones and her team go the extra mile and make you feel important from the moment you walk in. They have my wholehearted praise and you shouldn't think twice about visiting.

First visit at this doctor office and it was amazing. The front desk individuals were very helpful and helped explain everything and discussed with me the best path to use when it came to utilizing my insurance and my out of pocket expenses. This place has gone completely down hill lately. It seems they change more staff than a revolving door. They paint themselves as a neighborhood business but have certainly proven not to be at all. I had to wait for a few weeks for answers on my glasses and staff never responded calls and are very untrained, unprofessional. I will not be returning. Have some sense of treating patients with care. 0 stars.
