Everyone at the Geneva location was super friendly and helpful when I went back recently. I didn't have to wait long to be seen at all. They were efficient but at the same time really cared about getting me the best prescription, contacts and updated glasses and most of the cost was covered by insurance. I have a lot of issues with one eye on particular, so all in all, I feel it was time and money well-spent to have the best vision I can for another year! Thank you, Visionworks!

As I didn't get my eye exam done there but they let me fill my prescription for my eye glasses there. They had a lot of beautiful frames there to pick from. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. They explained my perception that I needed and they were so happy and quick to help me. When I need another set of glasses or sun glasses I will definitely go there.

I will not be returning to this location I've given it 3 tries. The staff is short and unfriendly. The doctor is friendly however seems to be naive to how rude the staff actually is, he claims how everyone cares about the clients. Now as for cost/coupons. Stop raising the prices and then giving 50% off. They are still very much more expensive than other place even with a half off coupon. Also if my insurance gives me $60 towards a new pair of glasses why can I not use a 50% and the $60 towards then. Your still getting the $60 regardless if it's from me or my insurance. Your losing nothing yet me as a paying customer is out $60. being single, that is a week of groceries for me. In this day and age with food cost soaring, if you really cared you would take the $60 from my insurance and not from me. I just can't wrap my head around why? Feel free to explain how this is "Caring"
