From the moment I walked in, the staff made everything feel easy, smooth, and stress-free. Dr. Berzins was outstanding--professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. You can tell you're in great hands. A huge thank you to Joseph, Bianca, and Tiffany for being so kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. Their level of empathy and professionalism is rare to find these days. Everyone was extremely polite and welcoming, and they helped me from A to Z with everything I needed--appointments, questions, and guidance. The entire Acuity staff truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and supported. I highly recommend Acuity EyeCare to anyone looking for top-quality eye care with a compassionate and professional team.

From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome and attended to promptly. The staff were so welcoming, made it easy very transparent about insurance coverage and anything out of pocket. State of the art technology, very aesthetic office and Dr Laura was so kind and had such nice bedside manners. She explained everything so clearly, was very thorough and made sure my new prescription was comfortable. Joseph helped me choose glasses frames effortlessly, his kindness and small talk was appreciated, i didnt feel rushed or pressured into choice. He made it so easy. The staff gave their honest opinion too and they were so clear about pricing and so kind. I highly recommend Dr Laura and staff

Dr. Berzinz and the staff at Acuity Eye Care are excellent! We've been coming to Dr. Berzins for about a year, and she is super nice and professional. She's very caring, and she takes time to answer questions. The store/office is very nicely setup as well. We definitely recommend Dr . Berzins to anyone looking for an optometrist!

A+! So glad I found Acuity Eyecare listed as one of the in-network providers on our insurance portal. It's so conveniently located 5 minutes away from home. I've been putting off getting my eyes checked, but I'm so glad I booked an appointment with Dr. Laura Berzins. I checked their website booking on Friday night around 9pm, and chanced upon a 9am opening on for the following day, Saturday. I wasn't so sure if they would confirm the appointment, but they did so first thing in the morning. The eye exam was very thorough, the facility and equipment were all clean and up to date, the staff was very welcoming and attentive. Everything was explained to me clearly. I did both the contact lens exam and and the eye exam for glasses, the costs and insurance benefits were clearly spelled out, and I got a trial pair of contact lenses to wear while I wait to decide on which brand of lenses I want to order. The cherry on top was that this place is kid-friendly! There was a last minute opening for my husband to get his eyes checked so all of us - my 5 year old and my 3 year old included - had to hang out there for a bit. The staff gave the kids snacks, prizes and games. And they were all really genuinely friendly to the kids. Dr. Laura even let my son join my husband while he was wrapping up his eye exam. It was only day one for us here but we felt so at ease. We plan on being back here for all our care needs!

Shopping for glasses has always been a pain for me. Every pair I tried elsewhere just didn't look right on me or it just wasn't me. I realized today that you just need yourself a "Joseph"! Almost every single pair he brought out looked great on me. He was very observant of my accessories/ facial features and was able to distinguish my preferences effortlessly. The eye exam I had with Dr. Berzins couldn't have been more thorough. She was very informative and cared about my comfort, rather than just getting through "another eye exam" like most optometrists. She made sure I knew ALL my options to ensure we got it absolutely right. All my questions got answered, and more! As for their facility, they have the latest technology, free parking, snacks and coffee. As well as an amazing selection of eye wear and contact lenses! This was hands down the best eye exam experience. Acuity Eye Care has the most amazing care team you could possibly ask for! :)

Dr Laura and her staff are super friendly, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. They did thorough check on my eyes, also made my first contact lens experience so wonderful. They even prepare little toys and snacks for customers' children. How thoughtful and sweet!
