Came to visit this office today as Goggle showed it was opened 7 days. I arrived at 10am and no one was there. Waited until 10:15 then left. I arrived back shortly after 11. Walked into building and Dr was walking out with 2 patients. When asked if I can be helped I explained I was a new patient and wanted to have a stye examed on my eye that I was concerned about. Dr said he would be unable to help me as he was leaving for the day despite the website indicating otherwise. He said he would "try" to fit me in tomorrow and when I asked time, he said "about 8:30 you could try". I explained I had work. Not a good way to welcome new patients or bedside manners. If you are not truly opened 7 days a week. Dont advertise it. Very poor experience and to not even open on-time as indicated. No notice. No recordings or change in hours. The dr could of taken 5 minutes to see me. But instead chose to walk out.

Excellent doctor. After my son was hit in the eye by a wiffle ball- She did all types of tests once she saw his injury on his retinal. She was very thorough and helpful. Dr. Markowitz called the pharmacy to make sure the eye drops were in stock and asked to please expedite the medicine.

Dr. Markowitz was absolutely phenomenal. Her patience and kindness with children is truly unmatched. I appreciate her professionalism and thoroughness. She took the time to learn and understand my daughter's needs, asked questions, explained each step of the process in a clear and concise way, and went above and beyond to ensure the prescription was accurate. My baby girl needed her eyes dilated and was terrified. Dr. Markowitz was so comforting and consoled her to ease the process. This was a great experience. I would recommend her for small children over and over again!
