I've been a happy customer for years, but this week was a new experience for me. I came in on Thursday and was heading abroad on Tuesday morning. I asked if there was any chance it could be done. Mike said he'd try the best. On Monday he told he'd go to Farmingdale and pick up the lenses and meet me at the store on Tuesday at 7am to make sure I'd get my glasses in time. I was super impressed. That was over the opt like I've never see before. Really grateful and the glasses look great (and priced right).

This place is amazing. I came in with broken glasses. I picked out new ones but I was worried about not having glasses until they came in. Mike was able to take my lenses from my broken glasses and put them in a new frame. He was so nice through the entire experience, and took such a stress off my head. I also loved their selection of both glasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend!!

The owner of this shop is rude and in polite. I've been going there. I spent over $1000 in the shop he wouldn't give me a case he wouldn't give me a wiping cloths. He was very very nasty to me. I would not deal with him. I was supporting small businesses in the neighborhood. Do not step in there, I spent $300 and he gave me the worst service. He would not adjust my glasses, kept saying to find a fine I had a felt on my lens, and he would not clean it properly. The worst treatment spoke down at me. I will never step in there again beware of this place.!!!

This guy is the most patient and considerate eyeglass person, considering the type of people that he has to deal with in that neighborhood I have been going to him and so has my family for over 10 years we have saved thousands of dollars because of the discounts that he gives. I can't see anyone having a beef against this incredibly patient delightful eyeglass guy. I will always go back to him.

I buy my prescription sunglasses here. Over time, the tint fades, so I've replaced them a few times. This round I just asked to put the new dark lenses in the existing frames. I would happily have paid the cost. But when I came to pick them up, he said he was able to darken the lenses, and he refused to take any payment for it despite my offering. That was really above and beyond any level of service I've had from any store!
