First time to come here and the check in was essy. The assistant who dealt with me was pleasant. She even commended that we brought complete paperwork! Good bedside manners. Dr. Rivka Markowitz is a warm doctor and she is very understanding was thorough in her check up and we didn't feel rushed at all. Definitely would recommend her as a pediatric optometrist. She even recommended my son for a follow up with their retina specialist to make sure that everything is okay. The check out was with a different assistant. It was a different story. Attitude is the last thing I need after a long appointment and on next visit, I know whom to check out with. One less star for that reason. Customer service matters especially in doctor's offices.

I saw Dr Kumar. He was very good.He explained everything to me that I would understand. He took his time and didn't rush. His other staff members were very nice. A very pleasant office. The only thing I didn't understand is that I wanted to get a prescription for new glasses and I was told there is a $50 charge for this. I have gone to many ophthalmologist in my day and never was a fee to get a prescriptions. Otherwise I had a great experience. They had very modern equipment. They went by appointment and was out in no time.

I enjoyed the care received. The wait wasn't bad. Very minimal. Dr. Markowitz was amazing. Thorough. Smart. Delicate with the way she was handling my daughter. The receptionist (don't know her name but she had burgundy hair) was great. Upon checking out the woman was also great. Both ladies smiled. I didn't feel any type of ill vibe with this office. Would recommend Dr. Markowitz.
