WOW! This is truly one of the best medical offices I've ever visited.
From the moment you walk in, you're treated like a VIP. The front desk staff is warm, personable, and attentive--and if you wish, there's even a nice selection of chocolates to enjoy while you wait!
I've always believed that bedside manner is the most important quality in a doctor, and Dr. Stephanie Becker exceeds all expectations. From the moment you meet her, you're struck by her vast knowledge, genuine care, high energy, and great sense of humor. Her bedside manner is simply impeccable. The office is also easily accessible (which I really appreciated after recently spraining my knee).
If you need glasses, you'll be helped by Joe--an absolute gem. He walks you through each step of the process, helps you choose the perfect frames, and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to lenses and coatings.
There's truly no need to look elsewhere. Dr. Stephanie and the entire team at Total Eye Care are #1 in my eyes!

Dr. Becker performed IPL on my face. She burned and damaged my skin to such a degree that six weeks later, I am still in pain, unable to use cosmetics and my skin is beet red. After a month I called her office to speak with her. Her assistant called me, twice. She wanted me to send photos, that wasn't happening. She wanted me to come to the office. That was pointless, there is nothing she can do and she will never touch my face again. I said what she could do was get on the phone and talk to me. She wouldn't, she hid behind her assistant. So know this, if Dr. Becker treats you and it doesn't turn out right, she will hide and avoid any sort of responsibility for her actions. This is not someone I would want treating my eyes.

She is very thorough . Likes expensive eye drops which did not hold off my cataract surgery which was the best change for my myopia. Suddenly I could ski and drive safely!
I used Dr Mckoll for the surgery but Dr Becker did a follow up laser treatment which was successful. Yes cataracts come back about every ten years in my experience.

Dr. Becker is an incredible doctor. I've had the pleasure of having her as one of my physicians since I was a child. She's calm, funny and always able to put my worries at ease. I highly recommend her for any eye care needs. The staff is friendly and patient. In particular, Joe is phenomenal when taking care of my contacts. Depending on the day/time of your appointment, it can be busy, but I think her services are worth the wait!

DO NOT GO HERE! Waited 45 min in a room and then was told Dr Becker was in a meeting. I needed to be seen bcs a contact was in my eye. The front desk didn't know when she would be done with meeting. I came out of the room at 11:45 and I had an 11 appt. Got there at 10:55 and got put in a room. I needed my contact script. Girl at front desk with long dark hair and tattoos told me my script expired in June. I was there April 9th 2024 for a complete exam with Dr Goller. My script hadn't changed since 2023. She gave me my eye glass script and had an attitude bcs she said my file didn't show that I was there. Check insurance bcs you were paid by them and got my copay. I went to my car and luckily realized she gave me the wrong script. I will never return here and I've been going here for years. Their new office is larger and newer but their staff is incompetent. How do you not have my info in my file. She blamed the dr and said I shouldn't blame her. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. A patients time is as important as a doctors!!
