Dr. Paolini is great....she is very caring and thorough. You definitely get a complete eye exam. The rest of the staff are great as well and everything seems to run smoothly.

As a new patient, SightMD was very efficient at getting me in to see Dr Paolini and were able to help me resolve some eye symptoms and get me in and out within my time window. Dr P was very knowledgeable and explained everything as we moved through the exam. The initial work which was done by the very competent Technician, Sam, was also a testament to how well the office functions. I have no reservations recommending this sightmd to others needing eye examination.

This provider in particular Extremely unprofessional. Gave me a diagnosis of EKC without educating me or asking if I had questions, was acting in a rush, and called the MA in the room to tell her to "shut down and sanitize the whole room" like I had some deathly disease. Would not suggest telling your MA to do that infront of the patient and not inform them what's going on. After I left I was called back to the office because my notes weren't finalized but I just wanted a paper stating what my diagnosis was. 2 woman came to the front (not the receptionist she was pleasant) and acted like I was withholding secret information having the "unfinished notes" I was then handed another persons papers by the name of Samantha while I was waiting for my finished notes. Huge HIPAA violation. The MA that came up said "you may get a voicemail with the doctor yelling in the background don't worry it was at me" feel awful for the MA in a working environment like that. Also think they contacted the wrong patient because I never had a voicemail. Original MA that took me back asked if I was ever told I have astigmatism. I let them know I've never been to ophthalmologist. The provider never addressed my vision during the visit. Everyone else's good reviews seem to be the exact opposite of my visit. Unsure what happened

Although Dr paolini was lovely and seems very thorough i was dilated and waited for her for 3 hours. Very unacceptable. Staff up or get a responsible scheduler to not overbook appointments

Dr. Paolini is very pleasant and thorough! Very happy my optometrist recommended her.

Dr.Paolini is amazing. I never have to wait long to be seen and her bedside manner is so comforting. I highly recommend her as a doctor! The office staff is also great!

Dr. Paolini is so wonderful and thorough. I Highly recommend her. She truly cares about her patients. She will always go above and beyond for you! And Natasha at the Bethpage office also went above and beyond to help me, including following up with me the next day!!
