Precision Eyewear

Have been coming here for over a decade. My kids are patients too. Easy scheduling. Doctors are warm and humorous. Expect to be sitting around for a good 45 minutes. Technicians are fine, no rushing when they do eye testing. Front desk has unprofessionally long fake eyelashes. Decor is old, stained, outdated. Was told my presciption for eye ointment was called in. Got to pharmacy, and it was not. Tried calling OCLI office, and could only get a machine. This is at noon, so not good. Main reason I went to OCLI was for my eye eczema; now I am left with no meds, and no one answering phone.

I purchased eye glasses form this place a couple of months ago and part of the frame game loose. I went there today and the employee told me to get glue and fix it myself. I have purchased glasses for years and the frame never came loose like this and I was never told to fix it myself. He told me the frame is intentionally made that way. I never heard such as response. He told me to go buy glue. After spending hundred of dollars on the glasses this is the service I get. I will never buy glasses again from this place and I recommend you do not either since they expect you to fix defective frames yourself. Terrible!

I have been coming to Precision Eyewear for years. My last 3 pairs of glasses are from here. I come back, because the service is excellent, the staff take the time to sit with you and help you choose the right pair for you. While my prescription is generally filled within a week, there have been isolated cases where something took longer. This was explained as an item not being readily available and needing to be specially ordered. I have no issues with this, I am glad Precision Eyewear takes the time and effort to ensure everything is correct and the quality of my glasses is the way it should be. I highly recommend Precision Eyewear if you are looking for higher-end glasses that will last you many years.

Worst place ever. Took 2 months to get lenses. The lenses were the wrong prescription and when I told Jorge the manager he insisted it was because the frames needed to be adjusted. He adjusted the frames and I still couldn't see and told him. He replied I needed to get used to them. I took them to another optician who verified the lenses were not my prescription. Jorge the manager also ordered lenses for a sunglass frame he recommended but when these lenses finally came he said they could not switch out the lenses without the risk of damaging the frame. This place does not know what they are doing

The worst experience - broken my eyeglass frame( $400 value), never try to replace it and feel sorry, Saying that I can use my insurance to get another one. I wondering if they sleep well, I am not. Also treat customers differently. Terrible experience! only want to make money.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. I went for an eye exam and they prescription they provided was for my PREVIOUS exam. I did not notice until after I left. I can get over a mistake but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get this corrected. AVOID!!!

Dr Davis is great!! Made two apts to see dr Davis today with Ja-Anna - she was knowledgeable and patient! She's an asset to the practice! See you in July!

90 minute wait to see the doctor. This place use to be great.
