Dr. Panichella and his staff are awesome! It's rare these days to find a doctor who takes a real interest in your health with follow-ups and general concern for your well-being.

I visited Dr. Tom today for a general eye exam and it was an overall amazing experience. The office was very well kept and the front desk staff was the most pleasant I've dealt with in quite some time. Dr. Tom himself was great. The exam was very thorough and he made sure to explain every step of the process. He listened to all of my concerns and made sure to address them during the examination. In doing so, I feel that I left the office with a complete understanding of my overall eye health. I can tell that he treats all of his patients like family and I am thrilled to have found a GREAT Ophthalmologist nearby. I highly recommend Dr. Tom!

Dr. Panichella and his office staff are terrific. I love the fact that this is an old school place and not a mill as many doctors have joined the large corporate groups. He explains everything and if you have an emergency he has been available when in the past there were some eye issues with my children. I would highly recommend.

The whole office continues to be amazing, and we are so lucky to have found this doctor. What a pleasure to deal with a doctor, and staff, who are 'independent..." so much easier than the huge system of Health care. Bravo!

I had gotten a piece of metal in my eye when I was doing some work in my garage. It was on a Sunday. When I called the doctor on Monday he said he would have come in on Sunday to take care of it. Shows what kind of person he is. Needless to say the office took me in right away on Monday when I called and Doctor removed the metal splinter in short order. My eyes feel fine now; I was very pleased.

I had sensitivity to light and a hard time keeping my eyes open. Dr Panicella saw me within the hour... especially great since I was traveling through on my way back to Arkansas. Thank you all for seeing me on short notice!
