My experience at Digital Optiks was excellent. I went in for a contact lens exam, and both Suresh and Josh were wonderful to work with. Suresh was very patient while teaching me how to put in my contacts and took the time to answer all my questions, making the process comfortable and easy to understand. I highly recommend Digital Optiks to anyone in need of an optometrist!

I visited Digital Optiks, LLC on 181st Street and Hillside Ave for the first time on August 22, 2025, and had a great experience. From the start, Suresh SanPaul was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I was called in within five minutes of arriving. Josh SanPaul handled all the testing for the health of my eyes. He was patient and friendly. The office itself was clean and had very modern equipment. The vision test was conducted remotely by Dr. Graves, who was took the time to clearly explain the health of my eyes and my vision needs. She offered helpful recommendations, and suggested contacts that could be used for reading as well as distant vision. She did not pressure me at all when I decided not to change my current contact lense type. I paid $150 for a very thorough eye exam with a staff that was pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. I would definitely recommend Digital Optiks to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Shoutout to Suresh & Josh for the exceptional service they both provided for me during my eye exam. Both are very knowledgeable and have years of experience in what they do. They were very welcoming and answered any of the questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to come here, their process is very fast and straight forward, they have the latest machineries to perfect what they do. The guy tried making a quick buck in charging extra fees claiming it was for copay when in reality health insurance covers everything for basic glasses.
