The staff all together were nice and very welcoming. Jessica made my experience very wonderful and very special. Eye of Jamaica is a wonderful place to get your glasses, and at a good price too; they have good customer service. I went there a few times to fill my prescription, and Jessica and Mady helped me to pick out some nice pairs of glasses, and I didn't have to sit there and wait. I would definitely recommend this place.

Eyes of Jamaica provided me with excellent service. All of the ladies in the office are wonderful and they not only provide you with great service but they care and treat you like family. Jessica especially helped me understand the importance of me wearing my glasses and outfitting my lenses with the best add ons so that my eyes are protected. And she also helped me pick out two pairs of fabulous Tiffany's glasses! That's another thing, Eyes of Jamaica has a great selection of frames as well. All in all I highly recommend if you want stylish lenses and service from people who actually care!

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff at Eye of Jamaica were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, they acted as if customers were an inconvenience. Basic customer service was nonexistent, and the attitude alone was enough to ensure I will never return. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or friendly service.
