I think the Dr. is a very nice person. Because he is good at his job so he has high demand thus longer time to get appointments. Can't complain about that other people want to see him too! And Doctor Offices are time consuming.

Been going to this man since I was in high school and I'm now in my 40s. He's the kindest human in the world and his son is pretty cool as well. The issue is with his staff! They barely answer the phone, they always seem confused and take way to long to figure $hit out. Idk where he gets his staff or if they're just family members that need jobs but the wait times, the lack of coordination.. yikes. But he's a great doctor and he takes care of my mom and me so...I deal with it.

Dr. Neal Desai is gregarious, passionate, and perhaps most importantly, genuinely concerned about the long-term health of his patient's eyes. As a first-time patient I received a thorough check-up, eye exam, prescriptions, a heads-up about a potential eye condition, and insightful recommendations. The staff were friendly and efficient. The waiting area was roomy, comfortable, and well-stocked with reading materials. I have no complaints at all. You're in good hands with Dr. Neal.

If you ever want to spend your entire day at an opthamologist office, book an appointment here. You will be spending at least two hours just to be seen. They overbook and would book MANY people for the same time as if there isn't only two doctors (dad and son duo) whom are not in on the same days everyday. Update: saw a new doctor today. Found out I have an astigmatism which was not applied to my original prescription given by this doctor. Do what you guys want with that info!

I was having eye infection. I even didn't even get appointment. I Just walked in and it was already closed. Dr was about to leave. I requested him directly. OMG he is so gentle. Despite of new patient he avcept my reqeust. Everyone in the office also really friendly and helpful...

I was at the doctor for my mother and father. After he prescribed my mother and father's vision, somehow I lost one of the prescriptions. I went here to get a copy for my father's prescription and they told me they don't keep a record for the patient and that they do not have a copy of it. I tried to get a copy three or four times and every time I called, they misbehaved with me. They only say that we have to see the doctor again and then we can get a copy. I had a bad experience with this doctor.
