I had an amazing experience at this place when getting my glasses! I just picked up my glasses from their store and I love them. Not only is the place nice, the staff/costumer service is immaculate! They treated me and my family with patience as we had somewhat of a hard time deciding, but they continued to help choose which pair fits me best! Crystal did an amazing job with helping me choose my glasses as we also had a nice conversation! Thank you! I love this place and I highly recommend!

Today I visited the vision center to pick up my lenses and get my prescription checked, and I had such a great experience! The entire team was incredibly helpful and friendly, but I especially want to mention Crystal .She is truly beautiful inside and out, and I loved talking with her. She made the whole process so comfortable and easy. The rest of the team was just as amazing supportive, professional, and super welcoming. I'll definitely be going back again to grab some new lenses. Highly recommend!

I worked with Crystal. She helped me choose the right frame and gave me enough time to decide. She was very professional and made the whole process super smooth. Everyone else was really friendly as well. Would highly recommend Jamaica Vision Center if you're getting new frames, and could use some help in choosing the right product.

The ophthalmologist is a great guy but the staff in the front especially the lady who was standing on the right on 02/18/26 at 12:40 needs to be taught how to respect customers. I walked in and told her that my lens fell out. Her response was. "That will be $5.00" She never botherd to ask me where or when did I get my glasses. So I told her that I got the glasses from there only 2 months ago and it is already falling apart. She became so rude with attitude problem, no apologies. So I ask the 1 on the left if I can get a copy of my prescription. Before I could complete my sentence she said "I don't need to know you are entitled to a copy....." ( Both of them) making me feel like the cash, not Insurance, that me and my family spent there means nothing and we should take all of our business somewhere else. Mind you, I am also a business owner.

This was my first eye exam, and I felt a little embarrassed because my glasses were scratched and broken, so I didn't bring them in. The doctor was incredibly understanding and even went the extra mile by contacting my previous provider to get my old prescription so he could compare and give me an accurate diagnosis.No wait at all, and the whole visit was great. Really grateful for the doctor and staff!

I woke up with eye infection. Called around more than 10 places. Either they wouldn't take insurance and want cash or the doctor was not in the office. This place took me in as a walk-in. Just a short wait time. The doctor was very informative about my condition and performed a thorough eye exam. The black lady with glasses in the front I believe is the manager and she is very professional and nice. She did not push me to buy any Lenses or frames. This is a good place to trust for your eyes. Highly recommended

12/10/25 around 5:50pm Black lady with red glasses idk her name. Terrible. First of all how I go in to get prescriptions on 3 glasses first thing this lady says is these are fake as she takes the frame and stretches them out. I said yes those 2 are fake but this 3rd one is from Kith. She looks at them says these are questionable. I said I bought those from the Kith store she said that does not mean it's real. I should've known off that energy that the lady was clearly not tryna help and have no type of customer service skills neither is respectful. Along with criticizing the glasses saying they are fake you go and say you dont like my attitude when all you are doing is disrespecting me and speaking to me like im some type of garbage so you did not like when I returned the energy back to you. Anyways have the day you deserve cause clearly you wasn't having a good one. Do better !! FYI who cares what frame it is just do your damn job !! Do what the customer came there to do and that's it. What are you judging for? if educating a customer is what you trying to do, i suggest you learn how to do it professionally.

My mom and I had a great experience with Crystal. She was patient and understanding not pushy and very experience. The doctor was amazing. She was patient took her time with us and make sure we understood what's going on. I thank you guys very much, especially Crystal..
