Most amazing experience! I thought they were running game because I was on the fence and they have an aggressive sales approach. Nope! They came with solid pricing and proof of the product and a great overall price. I appreciate you guys and thanks for keeping me in style - Vera you are amazing!

It's such a shame how everything in Jamaica customer service wise is so horrible. Walked in was greeted very nicely by everyone even had them squeeze me in for an eye exam. great! The moment I mentioned I wanted to see through insurance how much it will be (mind you I have private insurance & do have co pays) they refused to give me an eye exam & the excuse was "it takes longer, through insurance & the doctor leaves at 5:30" well that's completely fine! I definitely won't be coming here.

I visited this optical office with my 4-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. My daughter was quietly singing--she wasn't yelling or crying--and yet a staff member told me she needed to be quiet. I understand the importance of maintaining a calm environment, but the way it was handled felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially toward a young child who was simply expressing joy. The staff member mentioned that there were people upstairs and that the doctor was present, but the office was nearly empty. This is a multi-level New York building--there's no way normal sounds from a child on the main floor should be an issue for people several floors away. To make matters worse, when I asked questions about my own care--specifically about the glasses and my options--the same staff member seemed visibly annoyed. She brushed off my questions and acted like she didn't have the time or patience to explain anything. It's unfortunate to feel dismissed and unwelcome in a space where patients should feel supported. I left the office feeling disrespected both as a mother and as a patient. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer care.

I want to say thank you to girls at the store they were so helpful today. The front desk was very sweet and helpful in checking to see if could do glasses and exam. Same with the manager and other girl helped me pick out cute new glasses. I recommend to my friends and family

Wow, this business is a great example of what customer service is. Margo and her team were so helpful with my unique situation. From the moment I called, updating me and receiving the glasses. I was under a time crunch and Margo and her team went above and beyond. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again!

This is my first time coming to this store and had an amazing experience. Everyone was nice and I got to get some new glasses from my insurance. I haven't been to a place that takes most insurances like they do. Especially take in walk in last min

I just want to say thank you the manager Margo for helping me make a purchase. I was there Saturday and she was really patient and nice with me. The girls at th store working with her the receptionists helped by giving me opinions on what should I buy. Overall the staff if very friendly and nice. I would definitely come back again and recommend my friends and family to come here and buy.

I just came to pick up my glasses nd was very happy. My prescription is perfect best part was able to get 2 glasses for a good price. Highly recommend nd will come again
