I recently visit this business after calling inquiring if they accept outside frames. The associate who assisted me Carolina, was friendly and product knowledgeable, I brought a pair of frames and she helped choosing the best that suited my features. I recommend this business.

The staff here is amazing! The girl at the front desk is so sweet. Despite being busy, she makes sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. The man who helps with glasses is also incredibly kind and attentive, making the process comfortable and ensuring you find exactly what you're looking for. The doctor is wonderful!! He takes the time to explain everything about your eyes, making the process very calming and making you feel like he truly cares. Unlike other offices that rush you out, he is patient and thorough. Overall, a fantastic experience with a team that genuinely cares!

I give Dr Farshad Haiimpour a 5 star. Very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. However front staff are all clueless , robotic and no help at all. They all need training on customer service.

Front desk people are very nasty unprofessional. They don't know how to talk to the customers, specially the man guy. His very rude. Specially when you have different insurance. They give you all expenses glasses tell you insurance don't cover . They offer you Prada, Gucci, Only thedoctor is good, he knows how to talk to customers.

I have been going to Dr Haiimpour for 17 years.I am very happy with the service at this office. Dr is very professional and I get a thorough examination every time. I will continue supporting this business for a long time. If you are in need of a comprehensive eye exam and new glasses, I will highly recommend that you give them a call.

Great place and clean environment the staff was attentive and kind very generous. The doctor was very pleasant to talk too and very professional he knew everything as I needed to know and need.
