I was extremely pleased for my outstanding experience getting my first cataract surgery this past Tuesday at the Albany Regional Eye Surgery Center. The staff were all very friendly, competent & confident; this allowed for a stress-free first cataract surgery. Donny, nurses Cassie, Emma, Maureen, Bill, Megan and MJ were all great. In particular, I want to express my appreciation to Cassie, who started me off, for her self-assured, professional, and friendly manner. Thank you all!

I just had my second eye surgery done for cataract today. Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. The technicians are professional, friendly and work well together. They explained everything they were doing. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Roth performed the surgery and it was over before I knew it. I felt very comfortable with Dr Roth and he explained the surgery very well. I highly recommend The Brass eye center and Albany Regional eye surgery center.

I've had to go to the Albany Regional Eye Surgery Center five times over several years and each time it was a wonderful experience. Today when I went, I had the greatest group in pre-op and I have to mention them I had Krystal, Maureen,RN, Hunter, Dr. Kennedy and Shawn. What a group of people so kind, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. There couldn't be a better place to go to have your eye surgery. Thank you to all of the people that I mentioned plus Dr. Epstein. I recommend this center highly

Just finished my two-step cataract surgeries yesterday. I am more than pleased and grateful for the excellent care i got both times! From the easy check-in to the actual procedure i felt like the entire staff cared about my wellbeing and made me feel so comfortable, explaining each step along the way. (I had one nurse in particular yesterday, Merissa, who was so friendly as well as efficient and put me completely at ease.) And they called today to see how i was doing!

The staff at the surgery center are not only well trained (working together like clockwork,) but I noticed they also show a great deal of respect to each other and are so kind to the patients!

I had cataract surgery along with glaucoma stent placement in both eyes completed last week. I cannot praise this surgery center staff enough from check in to discharge it was a good experience. The staff are kind caring and gentle. Many kudos to my nurse Merissa who really excels in her profession, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed with the procedure and pre-op treatment, you are awesome Merissa!!! Then I have to mention Dr. Kennedy, he was outstanding, his sense of humor made the experience so relaxed, he was gentle and kind, he thoroughly explained the anesthesia, he exemplifies in his profession!! My surgeon Dr. Pokabla is the BEST, I have never had a provider that makes me feel so comfortable within his care, he makes you feel like family. I am so grateful for him! All went well with the surgery!! Thank you to the entire team!!
