Latham Family Vision

I have been coming here since 2008 when I needed to start seeing somebody after getting LASIK through TLC, meaning I had to go to somebody affiliated with TLC's program. I was glad to have made the switch because this is a true eye doctor, not just going to a place to get glasses. I've got an appropriate medical care for my eyes and I've been going forever he knows me the staff knows me and they've always been great. They always have a very interesting and cool selection of new glasses, and they take actual care of your eye health. Can't recommend them enough.

Working with Latham Family Vision for 5 years already. Didn't have the chance to write a review yet. The team is very friendly and helpful. The doctor is professional and when I'm comparing with friends that use other doctors, they using advance equipment here. I always feel welcomed and the team have a lot of patience from the receptionist to the doctor and when measuring glasses. Place is always clean and glasses kept neat. Thank you for great service

I am very happy with Latham Family Vision. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Loccisano diagnosed and discussed treatments for my dry eye condition which I had been living with forever. I am now able to wear daily wear contact lenses. They also have a great selection of frames! I am very pleased and highly recommend Latham Family Vision.

This is my third year in this office and I have been pleased along the way. The doctors are friendly (one moved out of state, she was really nice), and the selection of glasses are varied but not overwhelmingly so. In some eyeglass shops, I often feel like there are 50 pair of the same version which drives me crazy. The lady fitting the glasses is also very informative and helpful (if you are looking for suggestions).

As a new patient at this practice, I highly recommend them. Customer service was patient, thorough and knowledgeable setting up my first appointment. The day of my appointment the service was the same from the front desk, to the Optician, to the consultant helping to pick out and order glasses, to check out. They made it fun! They have a large selection of eye wear. The process was very seamless and enjoyable - 5 stars!

Been going to Latham Family Vision for 2 years. Dr. Loccisano is incredibly thorough. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years, and he's done the best job correcting my vision, getting me as close to 20/20 as possible. In terms of frames, lots of great options, at a wide range of price points to fit your budget. If you don't know anything about optics or eye-wear, they will try to sell you a Ferrari, when you can only afford, or need something more like a Honda Accord; but you get this kind of pitch anywhere. I know a lot about optics, and the products I want. The office was pretty respectful about what I wanted, and didn't make me feel ghetto about it; including making some new polycarbonate lenses for a frame I wanted to reuse, and making two pairs of single vision glasses instead of bifocals. Bottom line, the office listened to what I cared about, and connected me with the products that made me happy. This is customer service done right. Ditch the corporate run places, and support this local, mom and pop business!
