The office made a mistake filing under my insurance, sent a notice that the bill was overdue and needed to be paid in 10 days, and when I called three days later they said they had sent it to collection. After calling they admitted it was their fault. This was incredibly distasteful to send to collections prior to the notice due date especially when the issue was on their side. Additionally, they have late fees for patients if late to an appointment yet made my pregnant wife wait in the office for an hour and a half with no notice or explanation. While seem to value their own time, they blatantly disrespect ours and provided nothing in recompense. Avoid this office if you value courtesy, your credit score, or your time. There are other places you can go. You deserve better.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. While on vacation in Lake George with my family, I developed vision issues. I called and was immediately given an appointment within 24 hours. Dr. Lee was amazing. I have never had a doctor explain things so thoroughly. He was so very patient, kind, and informative. He put my mind at ease and really explained my vision issues in a way that was easy to understand. I am very thankful that he was able to treat me. I just wish he was closer to where I live so I could continue my care with him.

Dr. Lee is amazing! He performed laser photocoagulation in both of my eyes due to small holes from lattice degeneration. I was very nervous, but I am so glad I went through with it. He answered all of my questions and was excellent during the procedure. He told me how it was going and was very clear about my results. The pain was minimal and recovery was easy. It went very well and I am so thankful for his expertise and care!

I had lattice degeneration in both eyes. I was referred to them when I went for my yearly eye exam for glasses and contacts. They treat you very well and care is quick and efficient. I had to have laser surgery to stop my retinas from detaching. A year or so later, I'm having my checkups and everything is well. They saved my eyesight. I highly recommend. That's me with my little shades after!

In April of 2021 I suffered a detached retina and three retinal tears. Dr. Jacob Lee saved my vision and was great to work with. His calm, intelligent demeanor instilled confidence and trust in his ability to treat me. I could not imagine having anyone else take care of such a serious issue. One year later I am happy to report that my vision continues to be excellent. I owe Dr. Lee a huge debt of gratitude.

Dr. Federici is a kind, patient and trusting doctor. The office is an exception to the norm with a friendly staff in a lovely area. Blessed and thankful to have been referred there. Thank you

I only selected a star to compete this review. They do not deserve any stars. The doctor was 45 minutes late for my appointment due to being on lunch. The front desk or assistants did not have the courtesy to let me know the doctor was running late. They the wanted me to wait another 15 mins for my eyes to dilate after already waiting 45 mins. The check o it staff is rude and blatantly ignores you. I do not recommend unless you have the entire day to hang around.

At my first appointment I was questioned in detail about my medical history and which doctors I saw regarding each issue by the receptionist - you read that correctly! I found this extremely off-putting and intrusive, not to mention it was an open and not private space. The appointment was followed by several technicians who performed various tests. Then the doctor gave me a frightening diagnosis that left me very concerned and worried. Upon returning home and following up with other doctors, I found he may have exaggerated this issue considerably! On the way to my second appointment there was a car accident literally 100 feet in front of us, closing the road with ambulances and police. I called to say we were taking a detour and would probably be 15 minutes late, would they prefer we come or reschedule? A rude voice harrumphed and "checked with the doctor" before saying they would reschedule.. (Really? Last time I waited 45 minutes, oh well.) Finding a new time was just sooooo tedious for this miserable person, that I think I am going to take my business elsewhere.
