Dr Sherman Lee is the best optician on the planet. Very talented with eye exams. Puts you at ease and super thorough. BJ's is lucky to have him. Only issue I had was when I picked up my new sunglasses; there was a bubble near the frame so I had to wait 2 weeks to pick up the repaired glasses.

I would give Dr. Lee a 5-star rating. However, the sales staff were overly aggressive. They selected the most expensive options without offering any alternatives, simply presenting a lump sum price. As a first-time progressive lens user, I wanted to keep my second pair of sunglasses single vision in case I had trouble adjusting. Despite this, the staff insisted I get progressive lenses for both pairs. Ultimately, I chose to purchase my glasses elsewhere because they didn't take my preferences into account.
