Target Optical

Dr. Pittelli administered several tests including the Tonometer (air-puff) and Optomap (retinal image). Compared to my previous experience elsewhere, the tests were performed with minimal discomfort. He also took the time to show me the pictorial results on the monitor and explain his analysis. The staff picked the perfect pair of readers with extra protection. They were ready for pick up within a week.

Came here to get the new Stellest lens for my son. The selection of frames was a little bare but we managed to find something that my son liked. There was a bit of a wait since it was the beginning of the year and everyone wants to get new glasses but once it was our turn it was pretty quick. April helped us and she was great. The price was very reasonable and we even had a coupon to save a little more. It was so great that we when went to pick u my son's glasses my husband got himself a new pair for this year too. Definitely recommend coming here if you need glasses.......

Wonderful experience! Booked an appointment in morning for the afternoon, no issue. Took me right away, didn't try to oversell any additional services, picked glasses out and was set to go. They even fixed my old glasses. Great job April and Dr Pittelli!!!

I first stopped in Target Optical in the Levittown, NY location and spoke to April. April was very knowledgeable! She listened, she was patient, she was happy to answer all questions thoroughly. I decided to look around at simply because I do not like to jump on my first shopping trip. April explained how easy it was to come back and she would save my information and even print me a copy. I went to 3 other major eyeglass retailers. Not only were the prices more, but the salespeople were no comparison to the kindness and expertise of April. I went back to Target and ordered 2 pair of glasses (one regular & one sunglasses) with April. And I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend shopping Target Optical and seeking April out. What a pleasure! In addition, my son also obtained 2 pairs of glasses at the same exact location!

Sherif April at the Levittown locations was absolutely awesome. He thoroughly explained all my options, was very patient with my questions and helped me get the right frames and lenses. Very happy with his outstanding customer service.

The optometrist and salesperson (Sherif) were TRULY AMAZING. They squeezed me in at the end of the day. Everyone was so helpful, patient, and gave me a great rebate, which saved me a significant amount. They were the opposite of pushy. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!

Had the worst experience today when I visited for my eye exam. Optometrist by named Dana Stern was ok. But the lady by named Preet was non challant and had a flat affect . She was not helpful at all when I asked her about if they take Davis vision . She stated that they don't cover Davis vision and also has no Black Friday deals as it's flat rate . When I called my insurance they said Target is in network with Davis vision . I have blue view and supplemental enhanced Davis vision . When I asked her to print out the price of my frame and lens , she stated "she can't print it out "! Looks like she doesn't love her job ! No customer etiquettes at all. I loved Target . Just two months ago I came with my son and they took Davis vision and after two months they say they don't take ? Very weird ! Don't recommend this place as they don't even greet you with a smile! Gone are those days where people do really care and welcome you with warmth and smile !

Sherif was amazing I annoyed him with a thousand questions and he was so patient and explained everything to me. The staff was very nice and professional. Nothing but a great experience here 11/10
