I'm happy to leave a five-star review for Kim at Davis Visionworks in Levittown. Not long after purchasing my glasses, they became damaged--and being without them was simply not an option because I need them to see. I came in because I learned Davis Visionworks has a 100-day warranty that covers help with minor adjustments and repairs. I explained my situation, and Kim jumped in with genuine patience, kindness, and professionalism. What impressed me most was her calm, "no-rush" energy. I watched her handle a very indecisive customer with the patience of a saint, and it gave me the confidence to ask if she could help me too. Kim not only fixed my glasses--she cleaned them up so well they looked almost brand new. She also told me that if I needed anything else, I could simply swing by and she'd help me. I left feeling truly taken care of. Customer service like that is rare, and it absolutely solidifies your decision to return to a business. I previously purchased a pair of glasses from this location as well, but after the service I received from Kim, I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this Levittown location--especially if you get the chance to work with Kim.

The gentleman that helped me with my glasses was very helpful, insuring that I received the best cost while accessing my insurance information. He was patient and kind. He took the time to explain to me what would work best for me cost wise, which was a big concern since I'm on Social Security.

I had a wonderful experience at the Levittown Visionworks location. Every employee offered exceptional customer service. Juan helped coordinate an appointment, verified my insurance, and my two sons met with each of the doctors. They were both patient and thorough, helping them obtain accurate, up-to-date prescriptions. Tom helped them find glasses they loved and took a great deal of time to help them get the most from my insurance coverage. This is an outstanding location, and I would highly recommend their services.

The associate in the store on February 3rd was great. However I left my glasses there and it is now February 23rd and I still have not received the remake yet. I was told 7-10 business days and it has been 17 business days!!! Very disappointing!!

The choice of frames leaves a lot to be desired. Very few narrow lenses for reading glasses. I have 2 different plans pay up to $150, a large number of frames prices at $159 (and that's not an additional $9. Plans only pay $50 towards frames over $150. Other than the frames, the visit was fine. Staff was friendly.

If you need glasses you can make an appointment the day of and go in and in under an hour get the best care and a newly updated perscription..the drs care about your eye health and do a thorough job and take your vision seriously. As well as the health and well being of the patient at large. Staff was attentive kind and inviting got me all the care and special treatment one could need while getting new glasses!! Spent $0 dollars but I got treated like a paying high class client. Exectutive treatment and all I would go back again for a third time. They also have great prices and deals all the time for sunglasses and also sports lenses I plan on getting both. With their discount program.

I never write reviews on anything so the fact that I'm here shows how frustrated I am, I came in a few weeks ago for simple adjustment on my glasses and I have no clue what this lady did to my glasses.. she recommended changing the nose pad.. which I agreed too cause you assume they actually know what they are talking about. she brings them back and honestly I don't know how she thought making the glasses this tight was gonna solve the " sliding " issue it was a complete exaggeration and all she did was make these glasses so uncomfortable to wear. I've had to get these adjusted like 8 times at this point, if anything you guys should offer me a new frame free of charge for the absolute annoyance.

If I had an option not to give a star, I would have done that for what i experienced today. The front desk lady was not welcoming and very unprofessional. For my 10:15AM appointment, i got in there 5 minutes late and they immediately rescheduled my exam to 1:15PM without even asking me. There were not many people there at the time when i walked in. Finally I was called in to the Doctors area waiting where only 1 lady was waiting and so naturally you would expect that you will be called in soon after that 1 person waiting. I waited for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes where many new people showed up and saw the doctor and went. I even saw the doctors walking to front desk asking for next patient as they were waiting for at least 5 minutes for the next person and still I wasn't called. Finally I had to cancel my appointment here and walked out. I will never visit here again in future as I felt very much offended especially by the front desk 2 ladies as I am thinking they are the ones who decide who should see the doctor at what time and no relevance for priority here.
