Says they needed 1/2 for a deposit to order my glasses. They charged my card in full which drained my account. 55 hours later on a holiday weekend my money has not been refunded yet. She says she's 7 months pregnant and wasn't thinking clearly...

Went in for eye exam for my license got it quick told me i need glasses ordered got them quickly! The glasses were great and the people there were very helpfull! So i ordered sunglasses great place!

VISION WORLD next to Kohl's in Levittown. I had a 3:00pm appointment today. I was speaking with the associate when a previous customer came out followed by the most RUDE Ophthalmologist I've ever encountered . When he came out he said to the associate he was going to lunch . She said this customer has a 3:00 appt. He then proceeded to say I'll have to wait. I asked him if he would see me before taking lunch. Sarcastically he said NO. I then told him I'm not going to wait and his attitude was bad for business and I left. The expression on the other customer face was utter shock. Needless to say I made an appointment elsewhere .

I came here a few years back because they took my insurance. As many others have said, the Doctor is great, but the customer service is awful. Someone mentioned that they would not release the prescription, and I had a similar experience. They refused to do it until I purchased through them. I had originally only wanted an eye exam, but they wouldn't give me the eye exam at all unless I purchased frames and lenses from them. Overall it was a pretty hostile experience.

I can't believe the amount of bad reviews here. My wife and I went here for the first time. Great experience. Jessica, Izzy, and Ari were great. Very helpful and accommodating. When we picked up our glasses my wife realized she didn't get all of the options that she needed. The staff worked with our insurance company to make it work for us. Highly recommend.

I went into the office just wanting to get my prescription because staff didn't give it out days ago when I got my exam and I'd been told on the phone that they wouldn't give it to me until "insurance released the prescription." My sister is in medical and said this was false, she called in and told the manager this and she was told for us to just come in to get my prescription, no problem. Unfortunately had to get into a verbal altercation with the manager as she refused to admit any fault for herself and her staff that treated us exceptionally unprofessionally then claimed she was being "kind" to us. No, you lied, doubled down, and were very unprofessional trying to gaslight me into being at fault so that I would get heated and you got the fight you were looking for to try to make me look crazy. Do not go to this location. The staff LIED to me that they couldn't give me my prescription until it was released by insurance so that they could make a sale. I have worked at glasses stores. They do sometimes 300-400% markups on frames, there is no reason to order in stores anymore with online stores, and physical locations know this- probably training staff to lie and take advantage of whoever they can for their own gain. New York State LAW by the FTC- Federal Trade Commission guarantees that after an exam a prescription must be given to a client. End of story. No gray area. Their staff also LOUDLY proclaimed our exact location of our home in front of other customers and that is a major HIPPA privacy violation. I told the manager this made me uncomfortable and she said she thought I knew her. We do not know this person and she better not ever try to come to our house or approach us at all or we're calling the cops for harassment and stalking. The ONLY redeemable feature about this location is the Dr but it is not worth it to go so I hope he finds a better location and staff to support him.

My husband and I needed new glasses n he an exam. Kayla n her team treated us soo great n answered all of many questions. Such a pleasure going there n getting fantastic service n care. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They take their time with you n make sure you're satisfied. Vision world is thee best, the one by Party City. Thank you, Clara Marone
