I can't say enough good things about Timothy. This gentleman is absolutely phenomenal at what he does. I've been to this location several times with different issues, and every single time he's gone above and beyond to help. His skill set is impressive, but what really stands out is his customer service. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure everything is taken care of the right way. I work in customer service myself with Orkin, so I deal with a lot of people and a lot of problems. Because of that, I recognize when someone truly knows how to take care of customers, and Timothy is one of those rare people. He reminds me of finding a great mechanic or a great exterminator -- once you find someone that good, you don't want to go anywhere else. I actually moved farther away, and I'll gladly travel almost an hour just to come back to this location because of the service he provides. If you go here, ask for Timothy. You'll understand exactly what I mean.

The customer service is impeccable. They are attentive and hear your concerns. Have a sense of humor, are kind and considerate. The doctor actively listens, provides insight, is diligent, friendly, attentive and hears your concerns as well. I have taking my son here for years. They are prompt with working with the insurance company to receive your glasses on time if not earlier. Always sharing if there is any problem do not hesitate come right back in. I recently went for an exam as I was long overdue. They went above and beyond to hear my concerns and made the effort for additional testing. Thank you!

My son has been coming here for 3 years. He breaks his glasses every 6 months. The staff is wonderful in dealing with the insurance company. They also fix his glasses so he isn't without until the new frames come in. Excellent customer service.

Me and my daughter have been going here for 18 years at least. I love them and they never gave any problems or concerns. The glasses were durable and prescriptions always correct and the workers are always delightful! 5 stars PLUS

My glasses were not right , I could not read, they admitted they made a mistake , and they changed them, I STILL could not read, they they charged me for another exam (2nd exam in 7 months)and wanted wanted to CHARGE ME AGAIN for another pair. (And now they say it something else) I Got new glasses somewhere else...NO PROBLEM SEEING NOW!!!!!! EYE VALUES ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!

I love the customer service here. They always make my kids feel so comfortable. Glenda is attentive, polite and kind. Timothy is also attentive and funny. My daughter was upset because her glasses broke and he helped us to fix it and to order another one for her. He made her laugh and made my daughter 's day.

It was such a quick visit- no wait at all. After my exam the doctor was so nice and gave me a pair of contact lenses to wear home since my old ones were not really working for me. The woman up front did all the calculations with my insurance and explained how much I was responsible for and set up for my contacts to be mailed to me. I live about 20-25 minutes away but I've been coming here for years and I love it! All around great experience!
