It was my first time ordering from Eyespecs Optical located in New York to be delivered in Tokyo, Japan. I had seen their videos several times on Instagram and YouTube, and they were crafting exactly the kind of sunglasses I had been looking for l, with delivery available to Tokyo. Since the price wasn't cheap, I was initially worried about how they would look on me. However, the team reassured me that I didn't need to worry, and that if there were any issues, I could return the item. I received my order in less than a week, perfectly packaged and in excellent condition. The diamond-cut finish and smooth transition lenses are truly impressive. The craftsmanship leaves you speechless. I sincerely apologize for the many questions I asked by email and truly appreciate their patience and support. I've already spotted a few more models I'm interested in and will definitely be ordering again soon.

Yesterday we visited this optical store to choose frames for our son. We drove all the way from Staten Island, and it was absolutely worth it. The young man who helped us (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) was very friendly and professional. He showed us all the options and explained everything clearly and patiently. The quality of the glasses themselves are unparalleled, and significantly more affordable here than anywhere else I could find. I also love the transition lenses Nathan helped me pick out -- they transition very quickly and help me to see when it's bright out without being overbearing, too dark or lacking contrast -- they're perfect. If you come here they'll definitely take care of you and make sure you have everything you need, and make you feel comfortable. One of the best experiences in Eyewear shopping. Nathan was professional and very patient during the entire process, showing me different frames and explaining everything in great detail. The selection of frames was outstanding and gorgeous. The frames I wanted were an older Tom Ford model and the size I wanted was in limited supply. Nathan went above and beyond, making calls to see if he could find them for me and he did. That's exceptional customer service! In addition, the price for the frames with Rx lenses and options was very reasonable. His brother Effie took all my measurements with extreme efficiency and accuracy. I wear progressive lenses and have had issues in the past with the quality of product provided by my local eye doctor. The quality and craftsmanship of EyeSpecs was spot on. Great experience with Eyespecs. Have bought several pairs for my four-year-old daughter and recently went back in to get the lenses replaced under warranty and it was a seamless process. The customer service is great. They even remembered me mentioning my daughter didn't like to have the child straps and took off the straps of the new pair without me reminding them or asking. Very nice people
