This was my second time seeing Dr. McDonald. On my last visit two months ago it was not a pleasant experience. I kept telling her about a medication that I felt was no longer working for me. Instead of exploring/discussing treatment options, she dismissed me and insisted I continue taking the medication that was no longer working for me. She continued to state maybe I should go somewhere else because she wasn't the doctor for me. She was not sympathetic or helpful.

I was only 15 minutes late to my appointment and they turned me down. The girls at the service desk kept blaming me for coming in late even though I called in-and let them know I was running late ( drove all the way from white plains). Its so ironic that if you make it early they can make you wait for an hour to be seen by the doctor and its totally ok but if you are at fault in what ever way they will not think twice to penalize you.
I had PRK done last year and still going back and forth trying get my vision stabilized to no avail but its very disappointing they way OCLI treats their regular patients.
