I always have a fantastic experience at ValOptical! From start to finish, everything is always smooth, professional, and welcoming. Dom, the owner, clearly takes pride in running a shop that puts customers first. The on-site optometrist always gives me a very thorough exam and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Julia is incredibly helpful and patient while I try on different frames. She makes great suggestions based on my style and face shape, and helps me get the best value for my money. I never feel rushed or pressured--just well taken care of. The selection of glasses is always great, and my new pair is both comfortable and stylish. The turnaround time is always quick, and the fit and prescription are always perfect. I'm so happy with ValOptical--I always go back and always recommend them to friends and family!

My family members and I have been coming to this store for 40 years. Anytime I've gone somewhere else I regret it. The customer service and personal attention at ValOptical is beyond compare. I've been fooled by some deals based on insurance and tried getting my glasses elsewhere. The owner will work with you to get you the best deal and a quality pair of glasses. They've been very helpful in fixing any issues, including issues we've caused by dropping glasses.

I am a manufacturer and distributor of optical products, supplying retail locations since 1984. Dr. Dominic is exceptional and a pleasure to do business with. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I had a customer who urgently needed help measuring his frame for accessories. I called Dr. Dominic, explained the situation. This was a customer in need of hands-on, personal assistance, and he promptly asked for the customer's number, took ownership of the issue and assured me he would handle it from there. My hero!
