I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received at Vision Quest. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Rubin and Tatianna went above and beyond to ensure the experience was seamless and stress-free. My daughter, who was very nervous about both the eye exam and trying contacts for the first time, felt completely at ease thanks to Dr. Rubin's patience, kindness, and professionalism.
Tatianna took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all our questions and walking us through the entire process. She made sure my daughter felt confident every step of the way. The care and attention she gave truly went beyond our expectations. We left not only with a much needed prescription but also with a daughter who is excited about wearing her glasses and contacts!

Went there today to have lenses changed. They had my new lenses in stock and said I could wait if I wanted. I waited. As busy as they were they had enough staff to keep things moving. They didn't rush anyone. Someone came up to me as I was waiting to see if I needed help. I told her I was already being helped. I never expected to have the work done in 30 minutes. This isn't my first time there and each time it has been a great
