I recently took my Mom to get new glasses after hers got damaged. I was impressed with the store and staff. The space is nice with a large selection of frames. The staff worked efficiently and found great looking frames in minutes. The eye exam was thorough and we had new frames with revised lenses the next day! Very impressed and satisfied. I'll be back for myself soon.

I had lost my glasses, and need a new one before Artic Blasts came to Long Island. They made me a new of glasses, everyone from staff, to everyone who helped me with getting me what i needed before massive snow storm. I am very grateful that they were able to help with big problem. This staff is awesome, and everyone who works in this location. You all rock, and thank you so much for getting me new glasses so i can see.

I've been coming to Wize Eyes for well over 20 years and have always had a great experience. The personnel, the exam, the product... all perfect. Staff is always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I'm glad to see it has always stayed this way.

Wise eyes was recommended to me by a friend I'm new in the area and needed a new pair of glasses. So I went over to wise eyes got an eye exam also picked out my frame in which after a couple of days they just did not fit correctly so what did wise eyes do they took my very expensive lenses and put them in the new set of frames that I love these people are great and I'm not kidding either they took care of me no hassle gave me a wonderful discount I have no eyeglass insurance so I paid full price however the price was lower than what my girlfriend paid with her insurance I couldn't be happier with wise eyes and will continue to go there forever I highly recommend wise eyes for your eyeglass needs if I could give you six stars I would again thank you to the owner and the staff for being so helpful and kind I couldn't be happier.

Everyone in the store is super friendly it was my husband and I first time going there and will definitely continue to go.

Had a quick appointment today at Wise Eyes Massapequa to get reading glasses. I walked in around noon and my glasses were ready by 2:00pm same day. Excellent fast service. And they were able to use my old frames so I didn't have to buy new frames.
